Hey! Just popping over to say that we had a fantastic trip and I can't wait to catch up with you guys.

Hope everyone is doing well... We got home Sunday afternoon after 10 days with my husband's family. We had a great trip and successfully flew with the baby! She slept for the entire flight with the exception of eating during takeoff! We didn't hear a peep from her the ENTIRE flight! The only bad thing about the trip is that we are slightly off our schedule now and it has been a little challenging getting her back on it, and now my mom is coming in tomorrow to visit for two weeks.. Oh well, we'll get back on it eventually!

I put Elliott in his crib yesterday so I could put some clothes away. My back was to him as I was putting things in his closet. I could hear him giggling, so I turned around, and he had pulled himself up with the railings and was standing there with a look on his face that totally showed how proud he was of himself! Thank goodness we had lowered the mattress a few days earlier!!

We got our first tooth last night! So many changes lately!!

Hi all, I'm back! I survived taking all 3 kids on vacation w/o the hubby. One of got some sleep -- sure wasn't me.

So we packed up the crew Sunday afternoon & I drove myself & the 3 kids down to Wildwood for the week. Wasn't sure how long I'd stay. My mom had rented the house Saturday-Saturday. My mom was there w/ my niece. My sister and her son were there. My older brother was there. And my younger brother was there w/ his new girlfriend. And us.

With neither baby STTN yet, it made for some tough nights for me -- no DH to help back me up. And there were times that both babies were screaming during the night, I just took turns settling them back down, going w/ whoever seemed more freaked out first. We all survived. And ODS had a good time hanging out w/ his cousins, going to the beach & the boardwalk. We spent a bunch of money in an arcade, collecting points. ODS "won" a hot wheels set -- that probably could have just bought for 30 bucks at Target, considerably less than we spent in the arcade.

He was 10lbs15oz, 22.5" long. 39 weeks, 2 days

I just got an awful call from my mom. My older brother Mark (only 45/46 years old!) had some kind of heart attack or stroke this AM. He & his wife moved to Fla a few years ago & SIL called my mom while EMS was there working on him -- they were doing CPR. To me, it does not sound good -- hoping they can pull him through this, but I just don't know..... So any thoughts & prayers for my family much appreciated.

I don't know if my mom can handle another loss like this. It's only been 2 yrs since we lost my older sister to breast cancer & 2 yrs before that my dad to prostate cancer....

No.... he was gone by lunchtime. It's all so very surreal. Hard to process that he's really gone.
