My BC/YC pin was a big success! Lots of positive comments!
I left the envelopes with the pins at the front desk. Janet - I left the extra pins for you with some $$$ for the shipping. Thank you again!
I really cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful and magical trip we had. Sad to be home again but planning another trip to BC next August. The Bounceback offer for next August was free dining which doesn't interest us. I hope that during our January trip (which is still at the Poly despite Teena's advice ) we can get a room-discount Bounceback so we can go back to BCV.

We now have a reservation at the GF no club level for January 2011. Its our annual mother-daughter trip. I am booked into the BC this September and VERY much looking forward to it. I think I have sold my mom on switching our ressie to BC CL Lagoon View - only one concern, do all BC CL Lagoon view rooms have full balconies? We really love sitting out on our balcony and would absolutely require a full one. Not sure how we would feel about this being an "up in the air" possibility.

On a side note less than 2 weeks and I'll be at BC!!!

Just back from our 11 day visit to WDW that included 8 days at BC. I can honestly say that now I understand why people go back to a favorite resort time and time again! The BC was amazing!

The CL Cast Members were awesome - especially Vidia, Pete, Judy, and Debbie. Everyone was pleasant and did everything they could to spread the magic.

It was also a highlight to finally meet Teena. She's just as nice and friendly as everyone has said. Disney sure has a treasure in her!

I have a ton of photos to upload and I will be writing a review soon. Oh, and I will be commenting on how completely ridiculous it was that I didn't change from the deluxe dining plan to the regular dining plan. (And not because we were staying CL because we really didn't eat too much there...well, maybe I did but I'd like to think that I wasn't too out of control!)

So many good things to share but the highlight definitely was being chosen to be one of the families in the Dreams Come True parade.

So glad that you got the pins and that they were a success. You are very welcome. I am mailing the remaining ones to Teena today so she should have them at the end of the week.

Glad you had a great trip. We are finally leaving in 12 days. Kids went back to school today but are excited that the trip is so close and the fact that they miss 4 days of school for the trip.

Too bad about bounceback, i was hoping for room discount for my mother/daughter trip in may with my mom. I am converting park pass to AP so hopefully good AP discount will come out so we can stay at BC then too.

Just checking in. The classroom is ready for the kids tomorrow ... well, almost ready. We'll head in around 5:30 AM to finish up some last minute details.

Had two good sessions in the tournament and one lousy one. It's all luck ... no skill involved. So, I ended up finishing in the last dollar bracket ... a small cash prize ... enough to pay for breakfast tomorrow morning.

The Michael Buble concert was unbelievable. I've attended many concerts in my life and I have to say this was by far the best. He is unbelievable ... quite the entertainer and very funny and witty.

The temperatures cooled down today ... it is finally under 100 during the day and it was beautiful today (although still too dry for me).

I miss Bob, the kitties and the BC!! This week will fly by I'm sure. Really looking forward to meeting all the kids tomorrow!

Sounds like you are having a great time! Glad the temperatures are a little bit better. We had our first day of school this morning!! My DS started 3rd and my DD started Kindergarten....there were tears shed but I know she will be fine!

I have never thought we would stay deluxe. With 3 kids we are never in the room and I always said that it did not matter. After reading all the reviews and seeing the pictures I am starting to change my mind. I have fallen in love with the beach club and now I am trying to get my husband to agree to spend the extra money for us to go. I think my kids will love it! My only concern is if we get back to the room early and I put the 2 year old to bed and the fireworks go off. But I guess that is a minor worry. I hope to be at the beach club during Memorial Day weekend!!!

I bought one of those carrying cases that you wear around your neck and are waterproof. I bought mine at Blizzard Beach years ago but you can buy them at the BC Marketplace.

We'll be staying at the beach club really soon and I have a question. I've looked at all the maps but I still don't know which standard view room to request. Something fairly close to the main areas and with a decent view would be great !

You can request a full balcony. Not guaranteed but you can request it.

i just checked out of room 4636 and it was a great room. it was a corner, just off the main elevators, close to everything and a view of the little garden area behind the volleyball court.
