If you don't like your food, have server bring something else. You don't have to clean your plate. If you want two deserts, go for it. You're on vacation.

an extension cord is also helpful - especially if you travel with a fan and like it to be close to your head :rolleyes1

If you are participating in the Fish Extenders, be sure to bring an extra bag for all the goodies! :woohoo:

Room service is free, however they do appreciate cash tips. They will bring you anything from dinner, to a mickey bar, to a corkscrew and wine glasses!

To all you DCL newbies so far all great advice! I have cruise DCL 4 times and wish I had that list as I could have saved my self some trouble! Here is my little piece: Don't be that family that saves chairs by the pool and then does not come back for hours. I promise you will find a seat when you need it....but most of all forget about what is happening on land and have an awesome time!

Bring ziploc baggies in different sizes. You can find lots of uses for them and if you don't need them, they don't take up much space.

An over the door shoe organizer is great for the bathroom door. There isn't much counterspace in the bathrooms and will help you to keep your items neatly out of the way, yet very accessible.

Be sure to close your closet doors all the way before bed. Sometimes the movement of the ship will make them slam and wake you up. Scares the poo out of you!

An air freshener with night light combo.
