Best Character Breakfast?

We have two young daughters. We have been to Crystal Palace, CRT, Tusker House, Chef Mickey's, and 'Ohana and our favorite is definitely 'Ohana. The food is great. DH favorite meal is breakfast and this is now a must do for him. Character interaction is wonderful. My daughter was so excited she was in a parade around the restaurant with Lilo.

I am a HUGE fan of Tusker House for breakfast. I don't have kids, but this is the one I will make an exception for. I love the juice and the atmosphere is fantastic. The food is delicious and the characters are dressed adorably.

I am not a big breakfast eater either, but I did enjoy 1900 Park Fare when we went. Liked the food & characters! I would go again.

Plus it would be easy to go to MK afterwards.

since your not big breakfast eaters, I would choose based on characters. My top two are chef mickeys and akershus. CM has all the classic characters, mickey, Minnie, Donald, daisy and goofy. Akershus has the princesses, belle, Cinderella, snow white and one other but I can't remember.

We aren't big breakfast eaters, I would prefer to have a bowl of cereal or pop tart and get my day started. However, my DH wants to do one good breakfast while at Disney. My DD is 7, so I thought we could do a character breakfast. Which one is best?

Our favorite is Cape May, followed by Ohana.

Which characters are at Crystal Palace as opposed to Tusker House? My DDB loves Donald the most :) And is it just photos or are they there to interact during breakfast as well?

My top 2 are Tusker House at AK and Crystal Palace at MK. Both have great food, just different characters!

Best Overall ~ Tusker House, it has all your main characters and excellent food

We also love Ohana to get Lilo and Stitch and For atmosphere, if you can afford it CRT, although CRT is becoming more and more of a cattle run. We have not had great experiences with food at Chef Mickey and Crystal Palace and Hollywood and Vine were okay, nothing amazing

H&V was just way too loud for me. My DD2 loved it and it was the whole reason we were there. The food was alright, it seemed like a little higher than cafeteria food to me though :(

We've done Tusker House, Cape May, Crystal Palace, and 1900 Park Fare. Tusker House is our favorite. I liked Cape May more than DH, and thought 1900 PF was all right but he really disliked it. Crystal Palace is not too bad. It's also nice to be in the park early.

Although we love Tusker House, we are trying 'Ohana and Chef Mickey's this trip, just to change things up a little. We can always go back to Tusker House next time!

We love the breakfast at Akershus in Norway at Epcot. It is a princess breakfast and we love the atmosphere in the restaurant (castle like) without the kids wishing, etc... of Cinderella's Royal Table. My kids are older (one teen DD / one adult DH) and we all have a blast eating here. We schedule it for before the park opens and it is so much fun being able to take pictures at the fountains / spaceship earth and more before everyone else is in the park.

The buffet if family style with traditional scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.... but the bonus is the buffet bar with fresh fruits, breads, and more before the main breakfast is brought to the table. Everyone gets to start right away while the main breakfast is brought out and the princesses make their way to your table. princess:

Our favorite is Ohana. My kids have outgrown character meals (so they say), but not that one :)
