Thanks Bret! I hope it ends up working out! I have been so busy with this stupid house, I haven't been able to keep up with others, TRs I need to catch up on yours since you will be coming to the Expo soon!

I hope for the same thing for you and Fran that it works out.

There are a few TRs that I am far behind like PiO's and yours. I still been working on my plans of what to see during the D23 Expo.

I got an email this morning from the Realtors. Evidently the offers are being submitted to the seller today and she will be making a decision. So we just sit and wait....



In the meantime, we are driving down to Carlsbad to get more precious Disney items. Supposedly we get to go to lunch at some place that we have a gift card for.

After our offer on this house, we can't afford to spend and real money now. And Fran stayed up all night listing things on eBay!

Love the house. Tiki Bar is great! We are in the same boat - made an offer on a house Saturday turns out its the 2nd offer of the day. We hope they make a decision (the right decision LOL) tomorrow. Good luck.
