GOT IT!!! CA to FL Repositioning Cruise!!!

We got the august CA to FL tour. We are in 7138, which is a handicap and my sister and her DH are in 7129.

I am so exicted. I called about 1240pm to ask some questions and she said she couldn't talk about it. I told her could I ask some question about my Nov 2004 reservation and was told yes. I asked her about expanding our reservation as we are adopting a child. After she did that she could take our reservation for CA to FL.

So exicted doing a dance through the field of flowers in my front yard.. Okay Okay so they are dandelion's they are still flowers.

We got 2105 category 10 for 2 adults and 2 11 year olds. Total price is 4443.56 with insurance. I will turn 40 the day after Panama Canal port!!!:happy2:

I also got a qoute for the June 25th 7 day. It was 8oo more for the same exact room. This really is the deal of the century. I hope airfare isn't out of control!!

I forgot to add that we got stateroom number 6558. I'd ask if it's a good one, but I really don't care. :)

HELP!!! I called this morning - got through, but was told that the FL to CA wasn't up and they couldn't make reservations. Now all you guys are going without me!!!

HELP -- please! What should I do?

I haven't gotten my quote from DU yet, but it sounds like we all chose the cheaper of the two repo cruises!! Surprises me, since it is usually higher during that time in August, but people are just getting their quotes now for the May repo & they are a bit higher than the quotes you all have gotten!!

I am about to give myself a heart attack waiting to hear from DU!! My porr daughter begged me for about 15 minutes for a snack...I couldn't pull myself away from the computer!!

Best of luck to all!!

From the east coast look into JetBlue into Long Beach. It is the closest airport to the port.

wide awake are you on the CA to FL cruise? If you are, looks like we will be neighbors! I got room #6634.
:hyper:

Got through on hold 63 minutes (started at 10:02). Got the following quotes for Aug 20th:

Cat 4 two adults, two 12yo, one 9yo $10,264.45 no air, transfers or insurance.

Two Cat 9's same family configuration $10, 554.45 broken down one adult, one 12yo, one 9yo $5,682.67 and one adult, one 12yo $4,871.78 no air, transfers or insurance.

She said no more Cat 10s available this cruise.

our TA is STILL on the phone with DCL .. but she quickly emailed me that she does have GOOD news :cheer2: .. so we're just waiting to hear what rooms we have and how much we're going into debt.

YAY I'm done (almost). Got 2 cat 7 staterooms, one on deck 6 and one on deck 7. Wish you could pick your stateroom when booking online but I didn't see that option available.

At least I have my rooms, I can worry about trying to get my onboard credit, etc. from my soon-to-be-former back-to-back April 2005 cruises....too much to do, I was on hold for over an hour and then when I got through the guy was kind of a dork. I said clearly which cruise I was looking for 3 times but he wanted me to state the dates I was looking for. I would gladly go beat him over the head. I don't need a passive-agressive dork on the phone, a friendly, cheery person will do thank you. I just spent a zillion dollars!

were in!!! CAT 10 ME, DW, DD15, DD8 $4643.56.
cant believe we just got back 3 days ago from the 4/24 western and now im booked again..man i wished i had booked on board..oh well just happy to be on that ship!!!!!!!!!!!! woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!:hyper:

We got our rooms - 2 cat. 11's June 25th 7th deck
$5030 for 2 adults along with our 2 DS's - 13 and 11
$2965 for 2 adults right next door!

No air fare or transfers or insurance (we'll be driving to the port - only about an hour and a half away!)

I was on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes - very nice CM Bridget was very helpful and cheerful (we'll see how she feels in a few more hours! lol)

WooHoo!! I'm am so excited I'm gonna PMP!! lol

CA to FL 14 day repositioning cruise
Category 6 on Deck 6 midship
2 adults, 1 child and 1 toddler

We have 5 days to make the deposit of $250 each for the 1st three of us (under 3yo's don't need a deposit). We were able to get a connecting cabin w/my ILs.

FYI - There is a 6-night cruise July 17-23; according to Disney, because of the DL anniversary, the Magic will not be sailing on the 16th (hmmmm - Disney execs having a blow-out party on the Magic that night? me thinks!)

What are the exact dates? I can't find them and had not looked into this until I saw some of these prices! Thanks guys! I wonder if I can keep DH away from work for 2 whole weeks? :teeth:
