We're seeing merchandise at the Disney Store online for the "Mickey Mouse Rock'n Roller Coaster" - Did they, or are they, rebranding the ride to get rid of Aerosmith? If so, what other changes? Not the music! Please god, not the Music!

Anyone know anything about this?

There are ToT shirts with Mickey on them, too. If it get's rethemed, it won't be to Mickey.

It's not just a picture of Mickey - it specifically says "Mickey Mouse's Rock'n Roller Coaster" not just a picture. I've seen the ToT shirts you refer to, but they still say, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror" NOT Mickey Mouse's Tower of Terror. And it's not just tee's we're talking coffee mugs, water bottles, caps, pics. Looks like a rebranding.

Looks pretty legitimate if you ask me. The tab to click on just says "rock n roller coaster" but none of the merchandise looks like it used to.

Oh my gosh I hope this isn't going down for refurb soon considering the merchandise is already out if it's closed for our November trip we will all be really sad

I'm not trying to start thing, I'm really not. We are going in September and my wife just found saw the merch and we're like "hey wait a minute . . " lol

Maybe they are creating hard rock versions of zip-ah-dee-do-Dah and the Mickey Mouse club theme song.

Maybe they just don't want to have to pay Aerosmith royalties on every piece of merchandise they sell. Doesn't mean the ride is changing.

I mean, when you take into consideration that there are rumors of a RnR rebrand coming as well as the rumor of a MM attraction at DHS, it isn't completely crazy to assume this goes with those rumors considering all old RnR merch is gone from the shop.

Exactly, plus they are not going to touch it until at least part of, and probably all of, the Phase 1/STar Wars Land Hollywood STudios construction is finished. They can't afford to have any more attractions down in that park.

+1. This looks like "additional merchandise" to me. ...and I'd rather have a shirt with Mickey on it than Steven Tyler anyway.
