Glad you had a great time! Love the pics, thanks for sharing :).

Thanks for your advice about dss, good tips and glad to hear dss is OK.

Gadisneydad getting envious of your sl cl stay. What extra amenities would you expect? When we stayed last time in 2015 we only got shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap? Was we meant to get more?

Hi there! My comment was about the amount of toiletries left my Mousekeeping every day, not the toiletries themselves. SL had everything I would expect, with the exception of the blue sun/aloe product which I've seen at some resorts (and I actually really like), and the toothbrush kit which not all resorts seem to offer. Outside of that it was the normal stuff (and thankfully no grapefruit shampoo!). :-)

Does anyone know how many standard room-King bed CL there are at the Beach Club? Touring plans only shows 1 all the way at the other end of the elevator and the lounge. I'm not sure if there were more added after the renovations. Thanks!

Thanks! That's exactly what I needed to know

Our issue was with the lounge cm's last time. It was to the point I felt uncomfortable even asking for milk for my toddler because some of them were just so rude

They were all very helpful.
On our 1st day- I asked the chef what was gf and he made me a bunch of things- I did not even have to ask. He remembered me every time he was there and made sure there were things for me to eat.
The other lounge CM's were very nice- I talked with most of them and with a few of them, I learned a bunch of Disney tidbits I did not know.

Ok, I need some input. So I just priced out some rooms for our anniversary in August. My dream has always been to stay at the Contemporary and it's our last chance to use the military discount of 40%, so I figure we might as well go big. So here's my dilemma, there's no rooms on the Atrium level, just tower club. It would be a king for $513/night. Are these rooms MK or bay lake view? I tried for non club and nothing is available with the discount for MK view. Bay lake would be $367. My other option is BWI CL standard view for $419. I hear so many wonderful things about BWI CL on here, that I put it in the running too. So what do you all think?

We just got back from a BWI CL std room- 4220 I believe. Close to lounge, overlooking gardens and quiet pool. Truly a fabulous stay. . I have never stayed at CR so can't give any advice as to that but if it's always been a dream to stay there, what better time than your anniversary?

First night at contemporary CL.

Wine and beer is poured but if she's not there I just pour my own, she said it's no issue.

Talked to the chef, he said all the food is fresh made and they will be adding action stations soon. Just need to clear fire Marshall.

I would really like to see ALL club level lounges serve the same quantities and varieties of offerings, but with their own unique flavors. I feel like that is kind of how it's supposed to be, but I don't see it being the case.

What's the current thought on online-check-in for club level rooms? In the past the IPO CMs told me that it didn't really matter when staying CL, but I know things tend to change. Any thoughts?

The Tower Club King rooms face MK (there are just two of them)

I should probably let more experienced folks like @Ewoks and others answer, but to my understanding the two King rooms are 4911 and 4912 on the map below. Both are TPV. I have read on here that they are somewhat smaller and don't have a day bed.

Granted I'm still basking in the glow of being at Tower Club last week, but for us the choice would be easy - CR hands down. It's such a unique CL among the various CL options out there. And that rate/discount is phenomenal. To me this would be a great place for a special trip like an anniversary.

Hello everyone! We are planning our Disney vacation for November! My husband is trying to make it extra special (since I'll be turning 40!) and told me to pick the hotel that will make me the happiest! We just booked YC because our friends (who we travel with every year), are staying there... but I'm not 100% sure that's where I want to stay. We love the convenience of CL. Is there a difference with YC and BC CL offerings? Would you choose one over the other?
Also, if you had to pick your favorite resort/lounge - where would you pick? Our "home" resort has been WL, but I'd really like to change it up this year. Thanks in advance for your advice and opinions!!!

Anyone want some YC CL pics?

Here's the lounge:

This is where the wine and cordials sit in the evenings:

We kinda fell in love with YC, no lie. We'd always avoided it cause we never liked the theme/atmosphere of BC so we assumed YC was gonna be the same way, but We. Were. So. Wrong.

The CMs who work the lounge are some of the best on property. We never wanted for anything. Everything was always immaculate, the lounge itself was rarely crowded, and the CMs were extremely friendly and wanted to chat a lot. We loved that. It reminded us of CR in that sense. YC really rescued our image of the EPCOT resorts, especially after experiencing BWI CL and being so disappointed in it. When we do any EPCOT-centric trips in the future, we'll be staying at YC and only YC.

Your pictures are great!! Thanks for sharing!! We may be staying YC CL for the first time this November. Can you please share with us some of the evening offerings? We're there kid friendly options available in the evening? Thank you!!

I do the online checkin so I get the room ready text.

Even if I want help from a cm I am a control freak and like to know what room I am in as soon as possible. :rotfl:

I keep hotel room # maps in my purse arrival day::yes::

For our blt I knew 8th floor early in the day. I was happy it wasn't a low floor and I was relieved the rest of the day traveling.
