Candlelight Processional 2017 Watch- updated with Narrator list as of 7/1

I've been trying since 6 am online and calling dining. Trying to get lunch at GG on December 7th. Anyone else have any luck with getting GG lunch at this time?

I got mine on July 8 last year

Yea, that sounds about right....I know everything was not loaded right away. It seems this year that some folks were sporadically able to get some bookings for venues. It doesn't make sense why it's so hard for them to just release everything at once so people don't have to keep checking every 5 minutes.

I really wish that Disney released all of the narrators at the same time. I have two Candlelight packages booked because I'm still waiting for the other narrator to be released during my vacation time. I feel bad holding an ADR that I know I'm going to drop and keeping someone else from being able to use it.

This will be our first CP, which is very exciting in itself, but to also have NPH as the narrator is truly magical. I booked a 5:30 at San Angel for DD and I on December 20th and got the 8:15 show......Best Day EVER :rainbow:

Congrats on getting the narrator & restaurant your family wanted!

We had NPH in 2012.
We also booked him in 2015.
BOTH times he narrated in last days Nov./
first day(s) Dec.,
SO you are fortunate that you got him so late in the season :)

BTW, he is a very popular narrator!

I'm booked for La Hacienda at 4pm for the 6:45pm CLP on 11/30...
I wish there was an automated "sold out" notification for a restaurant on a day if there are no more spots so you didn't keep checking various times.

Actually if you go thru the 'normal' dining search, it will list what places & times are available and what places are "sold out"...

I know what you mean! We always booked 2 CPs for the same reason!

In 2015, we booked 3 CPs, spread throughout our 16 night stay,
AND we kept all 3!

For this year, we had a 17-night stay booked.
We decided we should not
go this year(even using our DVC points),

SO NO CP for us this year,
YET alone the 3 i would have booked!

Sorry if this has been asked a ton but do you have a choice of all entrees from the menu or do they select a few? I've booked for the Rose & Crown and noticed there is a steak on there so I'm wondering if it's included in the package!

I have a similar question about Teppan Edo. We've eaten here before without a dining plan or package. For the appetizer, can we get a sushi roll or does it have to be something off of their 'appetizers' menu? For the entree - is it possible to order off the 'combination' menu (e.g., Steak and Shrimp or Chicken and Shrimp)?

Yes!, steak is allowed. The only exclusion used to be lobster.

We have done Teppan Edo.
It has to be off their app menu.
Combo menu is OK.

Enjoy!
Happy for you.

 Of course NPH would be scheduled on the first day of AP blockout so I can't go without spending more $$$$ :sad:Any chance of date changes after the list is up?

It sometimes happens - one year I booked a package on one of NPH's dates and then he got bumped back two weeks. It's not something I would count on, though.

Ooo yeah that makes sense. How long is the Candlelight Processional anyway?

Around 60 minutes plus the time people will take to get out of their seats and make their way out the theater.

It's actually about 40 minutes.

Now that I have my reservation for this. Where exactly in Epcot is this held? This will be our first Christmas trip and we are so excited to see this.
