TS Resturaunt Coming to All Stars

Any addition like this is good in my books.

All stars seem to get a bad rep and it sounds like they are overdue a refurb

I stay at AllStars sometimes. No way I would be drawn to do a Table Service there. I get capacity problems but I've been at the resorts during fairly sold out times ... busy? yes but not unmanageable. Seems like the balance comes from folks eating at the parks and Disney Springs.

Maybe the tent city buffet in the CBR parking lot gave them the idea. OR maybe they are thinking about the shorter park hours becoming more a thing, guests are returning to resorts (especially AllStars). I think I am looking at it more as the result of something negative happening rather than an added experience.

This is very interesting, and would accommodate the groups staying at All Stars - especially during big events. Plus, I agree with what was said about the All Stars being due for a refurbishment and needing some kind of additional appeal (minus the price tag of course).

It seems like it is to help handle the executive extend increased crowds from Toy Story Land and Star Wars - so more options (and places to use up dinner Ng credits) and I think a buffet fits the locations give number of large groups that stay there

Seems like it wouldn't be a restaurant that would draw anyone to take a special trip. But it could work well to ease the pressure off the food courts. I bet thats a huge complaint at values, haven't stayed at one though. I can only imagine how hectic it would be. And you're right, I bet tent city inspired them in some way. Make it worth a quick service credit (maybe) and it could be a pretty decent offering for those interested.

I think this would be great - espically if they made it into a Character Dining using the themes of the resorts

Full values is not anything new and as long as there are eats in parks and elsewhere why there?

I don't think anyone is going to jump on a bus and head to AllStars to eat at a buffet while visiting new lands.

I don't think any groups are going to spend the money to eat at a Table Service.

It just seems it is the result of anticipated bigger crowds at resorts rather than parks, why?

They will consider it a justification to raise prices. But most people who stay at values do so because they want a cheaper room. I don't see many who want to possibly do a lower budget trip want to fork over $20-$25 a person for a meal.

I wonder how much you can raise rates if you open a table service and say it's "just like" the $275 rooms you sell at port orleans?

...nah...there's no way that can be the angle...

It's all about wishes, magic, and dreams...not money...
