It's a small filet, served with grapes, broccoli, and I think one other side item. The beef was very tender, and DD8 devoured it happily. DD4 had the salmon, and was thrilled that it came with a serving of spaghetti with marinara sauce, in addition to her veggies and grapes.
Wonderful! DD is a steak lover, and I'd rather not have to share mine. :p Thanks for the info!

Do they charge at the time of booking, or after the meal?
After. They only need your card to secure the reservation (and to charge you a fee if you never show up). You can cancel the day before without a fee though.

I'm in Australia - it's 5pm and I'm waiting for our preferred date to click over - it should do so in about 26 minutes LOL. I've talked my husband into the BB Fantasmic dining package and I am SO EXCITED!
Loving all the information, reviews and photos on this site, many thanks to everyone who contributes - we can't wait to see the new show and I will, of course, attempt to post a detailed review for those lucky folks who follow us!

Very cool, can't wait to read it!

Would someone please remind me what time PST you can book for the next days' release...? I have a couple more days and am starting to get anxiety about it!

I think I did mine around 7:00 a.m. PST but I did it through the website.

If you call in it's 7am Pacific Time

A CM told me the other day if I had internet access, booking opens at 3am online.

Good luck

And here I thought I had sworn off those middle of the night alarms  Oh, the things we do for our parents! :wizard:

That's a little frustrating to learn that it'll be Cafe Orleans while we're there. Note - I love Cafe Orleans, but I was really hoping to get the upgraded RBT package so we could sit rather than springing for the BB package.

I agree. DH isn't too thrilled with Fantasmic so it's a harder sell to get him to agree to sit on the ground in the fastpass dining areas. You'd think they would have refurbished River Belle BEFORE Fantasmic started

We are going at the end of October, I keep hoping they will shorten the refurb but how how often does that happen lol. I was really looking forward to being able to sit relax and watch from our table. Sitting on the ground after walking all day is hard, well I guess it is the getting up after that is really hard

I wish it was Cafe Orleans when we went. I booked RBT but to be honest, am not thrilled with the menu (as I don't eat meat so it's between 'fish of the day' and bbq tofu). Cafe Orleans is on our list anyways so that would have killed 2 birds with 1 stone.

Same here. I'm not thrilled to pay all that money and have to sit on concrete. :(

Better than standing!

I guess for me, we've always sat for Fantasmic. My family was one of the ones who would camp out for hours and have a picnic dinner in front of the river.

This! I don't like how all WoC FP areas are standing(except for the dessert party of course). I am glad the seated areas were kept after the conversion to Fastpass seating.

I just cancelled a blue bayou res for 3 at 730 tomorrow (the 14th) in case anyone here wants to nab it. It says for 1st show but you may ask and get 2nd showing if you'd rather since 730 is cutting it close to seeing the first.

We made it to RBT for an early evening dinner.
We disliked the food and the service but loved the Maleficent dessert and the viewing area. (It was only RBT in our area.) We got there about 8:15 and still got great seats. Thanks so much for all the info!

I will be booking for a party of 7 or trying to book. Do you think it is easier to spit our group into two an book them separately? I will get up early the morning 60 days out and try online. But if we split our group I would have to call in because I'm pretty sure you can't have two reservations for the same time. Couple more weeks before I can start making any reservations (it is killing me lol)

I think it depends on which resteraunt you're doing. I just tried Hungry Bear 60 days out, no problem doing 7 people. But for Cafe Orleans, it wouldn't let me.

If you have two e-mail address, use two different browsers (Like Internet Explorer and Chrome) and you'll be able to do the reserverations seperately online. Otherwise, you'll probably have to call in to do it.
