Hall of Presidents - Now Open

After watching the video I think we can go see the show this summer. I thought we definitely would skip it but it seems ok. I hope people aren’t disrespectful during the show. It happened many times the last few years when we saw it. It ruins it. I fear that is too much to hope for but we will definitely stop in at least once this summer.

I have never been to this. Does anyone know when the first show of the day usually begins and how often they are?

does anyone whose voice that is for the narration? Is it a celebrity?

It’s bugging me. It sounds so familiar but I can’t put my finger on it.

While I’m glad this is reopening, I have to say both Obama and Trump (the two done by a new sculptor since the original passed away) don’t really look like them. I think it’s mostly the body type that throws it off for me. The animatronic body is average build while Obama is lankier in real life. Trump is kind of the opposite as he’s more heavy set than the animatronic. They did a decent job with his hand movements though.

We went today thought it was open..but not yet...Oh well we will be back in March with the son and family...Will see it altogether then...

I look forward to watching the animatronics. I've never seen this attraction; the engineering sounds really cool to see. I understand people's concerns about the most recent animatronic president added. I have personal difficulties with the colonialism and oppression that existed under our founders and forefathers. Despite this, I will find it interesting to hear what Disney presents to guests. (i.e.; what is said and what isn't.) My plan B if I'm "overly-triggered" by the speeches? Listen on headphones to Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King or the acceptance speech by LaDainian Tomlinson. Thus I'll leave inspired, refreshed, and excited to see ingenuity through animatronics.

I mean this in the most apolitical way possible: I am looking forward to seeing the "new" HOP when I am there in January. It's a minor attraction that I have always enjoyed due to my appreciation of history and respect for the office of president. I've missed it

So glad it is finally opening again. I missed it terribly this past August. Can't wait to see it next summer! Regardless of who the president is, or how I feel about him, I always have respect for the office, and I enjoy the show at Hall of Presidents.

Between this thread and several Facebook posts I'm amazed and saddened by the number of people who can't distinguish between a Disney attraction and real life.

I can distinguish the attraction and real life but I think it’s important for people to know their own personal limitations before doing an attraction. For instance, I get very nauseated on certain attractions such as mission space and the hall of presidents so will skip these from now on.
