Add us to the list!! We just booked today June 9th-June 19th at POP! 2nd family trip with my DH & DD6(will be 7). I was able to get a small discount on the first 2 days. Hopefully more to come!! Im behind. Last time I had every adr I wanted... mostly prepark opening ADRs. This trip is a little longer and don't plan to do so many early entry's... thank goodness because most are snatched up anyway.

Ok you're in, welcome! I'd say never worry about those ADRs unless its like a princess meal since those seem pretty high demand. You've been already so you probably know how easy it is to get good choices much closer to the date. I know last year I ended up cancelling a few reservations once we got there because I knew it would be too much!

I am a DVC member but the problem is mostly with getting a studio at 7 months! One or two nights on a larger split stay might be doable though.

Well on way home now- booked bounce back for June- officially June3-8 at the cabins at Fort Wilderness. Wasn't sure if we'd be a party of 4 or 5 and POR wasn't available for any of the dates I wanted. We will likely be in area for 2 weeks but DH is really wanting to go back to Universal this year. And then will see if we trade the timeshare again or rent points or extend at cabins for rest of time. If we do Uni we are definitely staying onsite for EP.

The parks around the holidays are AMAZING but after this week I discovered I'd much rather be hot than freezing!! Trying to employ my usual "cool off" strategies in reverse to warm up don't work nearly as well...

And as usual I'm way behind in ADR planning. Only thing I want is BoG dinner (would settle for lunch although we've done that). We're trying to not do duplicates in dining although, after trying LTT this trip, will be on the repeat list. This trip we did Teppan Edo (NYE), LTT (last minute pick up) for NYEE, Brown Derby (definitely a repeater, but only as date night again-also a same day pick up), and Chef de France (one and done, was ok but spectacular). There were lots of Rapunzel breakfasts popping up, even a Cali grill and CRT came up! Considering it was the busiest week of year I was shocked.

You're in, welcome! I definitely recommend staying at Universal if you plan to go there, especially with 4 or 5 in your group. The express pass more than pays for itself and the rooms are wonderful. I'm a big fan of Portofino, the first part of our trip will be spent there. I do want to try WDW around Christmas time, and now with the Hogwarts projections I might give that a try in 2019. I've already spent too many dvc points for 2018!

The conference starts on the 4 but we plan to add a few days making our dates June 1-8. Definitely will be at Coronado Springs but might do a split stay somewhere else first.

Great dates, great resort, welcome! I'm definitely partial to Coronado Springs, the grounds are so beautiful at night and early morning and the soundtrack there is one of my favorites, very energizing and upbeat. I'm trying to convince my friend to take his wife to Disney World and stay there. I'm curious how the new restaurants and QS there will shake out. Have a great time!
