Hello everyone! We are all booked for our first cruise in April and are very excited, especially after reading all of your great trip reports and suggestions!
I know I have seen threads on transportation from the port to WDW, but when I do a search I can't find what I am looking for. We are taking Disney transport to the port from Beach Club, but I don't have a plan for our trip after the cruise from the Port to Pop Century. Do any of you have suggestions for something that has worked well for you in the past? We are hoping to quickly drop off our luggage at Pop and head to the parks. Thanks in advance for your help!

I like the DCL transfers.

The easiest transport is certainly DCL busses. You will be taken care of door-to-door. The price might be higher than what you would pay through a private transport, depending on the number of folks in your party, but the convenience cannot be beat.

Thank you! Any idea, roughly, you would get to WDW if you take DCL transfer from the port?
How long? Buses to resort don't start departing the port until 9:00. A bus may stop at up to 3 resorts, or just one, depending on how many people are going to each resort. We've typically arrived at our resort by 10:00 or shortly thereafter. But it could be later.

They recommend not booking anything in the parks before 12:30 on debarkation day. That implies you would get to your resort around 10:30 at the latest. That was our experience last March. We arrived around 10 at the Boardwalk, but we had to stop at a couple of resorts before ours. If there is more than one bus going on your route, getting off the ship earlier might lead to an early departure from the bus, but as PP said, they advertise that the busses leave at 9AM.

Thanks everyone! Great information! I wasn't going to book any fast passes before 1 pm, so it sounds like I am on track
