I love the fish n' chips in UK. I normally get just a piece of fish without the fries if im not that hungry. Its so good!
I also love the baguette sandwiches and pastries from the france bakery.
Ice cream in france is also really good.

CS:

Anything at the bakery in France. They have both desserts and lunch-type items.

I enjoy the food in the Norway bakery as well.

I don’t drink, but I have heard rave reviews of the Grey Goose slush at a cart in France. My friend had one last year and loved it!

Germany counter service is wonderful - bratwurst with sauerkraut, those paprika potato chips, and a nice german beer (I don't drink, but DH loved the whole combo) for dinner. Then go into the Karamell Kuche to get a dessert (carmel cupcake?).

If you like beer, you have to have the Fin Du Monde from the Canada beer cart. It’s delicious and potent.

The Grey Goose frozen martini’s mentioned above are some of my favorite drinks. They come year round in two flavors, lemon and orange with Grand Marnier. The LePassion flavor offered at this year’s F&W was fantastic. All the flavors are very good.

I like to get schoolbread in Norway and frangipane in France for breakfast the next morning. The frangipane doesn’t look as exciting as other items in the case, but man, it is heavenly. Delicious almond filling wrapped in dreamy flaky layers.

One night during my upcoming trip, I’m going to get two frangipane pastries and two bacon & cheese rolls to go and seal them in gallon Ziplocks when we get back to the room. It will make a lovely breakfast for me and my family. :)

Oh yes, i've tried both flavours (the lime flavour and grand marnier) and theyre both so good! I highly recommend this! And like the other poster said, during F&W france has a different flavour of the slush...its outstanding!

my only must eat would be Via Napoli... best pizza at WDW.

We have done this many times, both snacking around the world and beer around the world and wine around the world.

Mexico, we share a nachos.
China, we share egg rolls. I know not very imaginative but it is what it is.
Norway, I get skool bread my son hates coconut so he just gets a cookie or something.
Germany - we share a pretzel
Italy - I don't think we have ever gotten anything quick there but we love the wine bar and usually share a cheese plate there.
Morocco - we either go to Spice Roads and get a couple of small plates or grab a combo plate in Tangerine Cafe and share it.
Japan - we share edamame
France - ice cream baby
GB - we share fish and chips

Every country has beer so that is easy and we share that.

There used to be wine flights in France, Italy and Germany but now all they have is the wine walk which sucks because you only get two pours in each country and don't get to choose your flight so I'm not sure what we will do. There is still wine shops in each country and you can still buy a glass of wine just not flights. You can get a wine flight at the wine bar in Italy. There is wine by the glass in Japan as well although we have done sake flights there, not sure if you can still do that or not, we didn't ask when we were there in December.

Love the avocado margarita at La Cava in Mexico! It doesn't sound like it would be good, but it' amazing.

Margaritas at La Cava (or Choza de Margarita if you're in more of a hurry, the quality out there has definitely improved over the old frozen margaritas)
Peach Snap! at the Joy of Tea in China
Sake mists in Japan
Morocco has some nice mixed drinks
Grand Marnier slush in France. If you're there during a festival the specialty slushes at the booth in France are also fantastic.

For food, the shawarma platters at Tangierine Cafe are my favorite. Definitely big enough to split if you also want to do some snacking.

I don't eat around the world (dieted off 200 lbs in last 5 years ) but the girls do pastries in Norway, caramel in Germany, and pastries in France,
