Which month would you choose?

Help please. DH just announced that (1) his vacations weeks are approved, and (2) we can start planning for our WDW trip. We now have to choose between 3 of these dates to visit WDW.

2nd week of June
2nd week of July
2nd week of August

We've endured the heat in August on a prior trip so weather is not as big a factor as crowds in our decision making.

Which month would you choose?

August. We've been there a couple of times. Much less crowded. Kids are back to school in the southeast and college kids are back to school or going soon.

We were there the second week of June 2 years ago and thought it was a great time to be there. 3 years ago we were there in July and that was also a great trip. Of those 2 I would choose June, avoiding tour groups in July.

I would pick June for the weather, but if that’s a non-factor, pick August for crowds.

We always go around the second week in July and we think it’s great. We’ve also gone in June and it was great too. July just works for us now and the second week was not too bad crowd wise.

I've done June and July in the past. June weather seems less hot, but isn't always. June also seemed more rainy, but its summer. It will rain always.
I would still pick June over July. 2nd week of June many schools are still in session or just getting out.
For me, August is not worth the heat.

From everything I have seen over the past few years, the "shoulder seasons" of Spring and Fall are becoming much, much more crowded than summer. What with the parties and special events, there is just a lot more going on during those seasons. So, I think crowd-wise you are looking at about the same for June or August, with perhaps a slight edge given to August (although that is when we went last year and it was still plenty crowded).

Depends on when Star Wars Land might open next year and if you want to see it or at a later date.

We are, too, but many schools get out in May and are back in August. I think augus5 would have less crowds.

We are still on break tilll Labor Day. I would take my kids in June before August. I can’t do the heat and crowds.
