If we stay off site - B Resort in Disney Springs seems to get good clean reviews.
We would like a clean comfortable room please.
But B Resort has different views - which is better ? What is the difference ?

Chic rooms are located on 1st and 2nd floor in the Lanai section of the hotel
or
Captivating guestrooms are located on the lower floors of our Tower Building

Thank you !

I can't give room recommendations, as I haven't stayed there since it was turned into the B Resort and Spa. Other frequent visitors to this forum have stayed there...I'm sure they will provide an opinion over the next day or so.

That said, I can help on the basics. Check out the following 3D image from Google Maps:

The tower is fairly obvious in that picture. The area to the right and behind the tower is the American Kitchen restaurant and meeting space/ballroom.

The structures to the left of the tower surrounding the pool are the lanai rooms. That section has an interior corridor with rooms on both sides. The room will have a patio or balcony. The view from the room may be the parking lot, the pool, an on-ramp to Interstate 4, or the wall of a building. The ground floor rooms have a sliding glass door. Although that fact wouldn't bother me, some people may feel those rooms are less secure.

Rooms in the tower face all four directions. About half of the tower rooms will have a view of Interstate 4. And if you end up on the lowest floor in the tower, you will look out over the roof of the other sections of the building.

Have stayed in tower twice, lanai twice. My trips the view usually doesn't matter as we are on the run. The tower rooms, have no balconies. The interior of the lanai rooms have patios or balconies. The outside lanai rooms have a "patio" stepping stones out to the parking lot. I've stayed in them all.

In the tower I have only stayed in high rooms, once facing DS and once facing the pool area. Both views were fine but didn't make or break the trip. One lanai room was facing out to parking lot, didn't care because we were only there to sleep but it did make it easy to take our suitcases out to the car. One trip was an interior lanai pool patio room and those are great if you plan resort/pool time, which we did. The pool area is nice and to have a private patio with seating was a real plus.

I think we would stay on the lower level Laini side
No car for us - but ask for an upper level.
We could also ask for a room on the Hotel Plaza Road side- to be close the path to walk to Disney Springs :)

We had a jr suite on the 5th floor. It faced the front. Spot on view of HeA and illuminations.

I will be writing a full review soon. Lovely hotel. Enjoyed coming back to the bright lobby each night. Comfy room.

Looking forward to your review. We stayed there once but it was several years ago. We have another stay planned for this June. We almost switched to the Doubletree but dh wanted to stick with the B.
