***Official Candlelight Processional Dining Package Watch - 2018***

We have TBD and Gary Sinise for dates we have picked out. Don’t know names very well but googled Gary and immediately recognized him. Have seen him in several movies and shows....I think he will be a great narrator! Will book for TBD also, just in case!

He would have been my first choice if I was going then. He is awesome - builds home for veterans and is very involved with our military guys. He's hosted the Capital 4th of July fireworks. He's got a great voice. I love Gary Sinise!

My dates are TBD. I am just glad that we have a date to make our dining reservation. This will be my first time going to this so I am excited no matter who the narrator is. I just miss NPH, oh well!

Well, I hadn’t thought that I cared about the narrator but that was before I ended up with someone I’ve never even heard of. I thought I would at least recognize the name, but even after googling I’ve got nothing that rings any bells. Sigh.

For the past few years, it has not been automatic. If you call, they can finagle around and get you the show you want. If you do it online, you may have to refresh a couple of times to get a different show.

Of course, they could change that completely this year and base it on time of eating.

Ugh this has me so messed up. I’m going to be in Orlando on NPH days but wasn’t planning on being in the parks. I may have to reschedule some things. Can someone please remind me how late of a dinner reservation I can make? Thanks. On my previously planned oday which is TBD I was planning Garden Grill breakfast now I don’t know what to do because I have a 4pm beaches n cream that day. I wish I had my spreadsheet with me right now!!

My husband is soooo excited. We get Edward James Olmos and that is one of his favorite actors (huge Battlestar Gallactica fan). Olmos used to read over Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, but hasn't been a narrator for years. We were just talking last night how we doubted he would be a narrator because he hadn't been one for so long.

Only bummer is no breakfast packages for Akershus or Garden Grill. We already had Akershus booked @ 8am, so I was just hoping to get a package at one of the breakfast places. Now it looks like we will be paying $200+ for Via Napoli when we usually go there and get a mezzo pizza and 4 drinks for under $50. We are fairly picky eaters and I don't see a place on the list where we could go and get a good steak - please correct me if I am wrong. Oh well, I guess I won't be checking on the Jingle Bell Jingle Jam Dessert Party at DHS with the increase of our dinner cost at Via Napoli. I'm still hoping the breakfast thing is a misprint.

Anyone been to Via Napoli with the CP package? I have heard they can be difficult when it comes to the dining plan options. We are not on the dining plan, but wondering if they are also difficult with this? Is it a full menu or limited choices?

Edward James Olmos had moved off of Christmas several years ago but was still there most every year. Last year he wasn't but was in 2016

We did the CP package last year. I don’t recall them being difficult at all. Think we each got an appetizer, individual pizza and dessert. I think you were restricted from combining for a larger pizza but we have such different tastes, the individual pies were perfect for us. They even packed my dessert to go.
