GG isn’t available for breakfast but I found it odd we could search for 8am...maybe they will release again? Or it’s a glitch.

I got garden grill for Dec. 15. No Akershus breakfast. I had to change browsers to get it to work.

I ended up booking my TBD day. I really wanted Gary Sinise, but it was not giving me the showtime I wanted and then it started telling me there were not even any times available to eat, so I figured I better give up, so I chose to change days. I have Nine Dragons on Dec 12TH with 6:45 show.

I tried booking any of the character dining breakfasts (Trattoria al Forno, Akershus, Garden Grill) yesterday as a passholder on the phone and now today via the website, and see zero availability across the board. Yesterday I was told by multiple agents there was a glitch with character dining and the CP packages. Looks like either they're all booked up already or the glitch persists. Has anyone had any luck booking CP character dining?

Also...was looking under breakfast options on the cp page and it lists Ale and Compass breakfast buffet. Anyone know anything about that? Is that new?

I have been trying to book through the website for over an hour!! I find a time I want but when I click it, nothing happens. I only have one date as an option because we are only there that one day after getting off of the Dream.

I had the same issue, but took the advice of an earlier poster and just plugged in the date and time at the top of the general dining reservations page (I used the website not the ap). Then when I scrolled down, you could see all the Candlelight Processional dining package restaurants with available times. Those times worked when I clicked on them and was able to book from there.

All my breakfast dates must just be booked solid then I’ve tried since 180 days to get GG and no day has availability during my 9 day trip. I’m glad someone got it though!

Ok now I booked the day I actually wanted but the 8:15 show. How hard will it be to get a good Illuminations spot with an 8:15 show? I have to decide which to keep.

Right click time and click open in new tab. That was happening to me.

This worked for me! Thank you! I was getting very frustrated.

The times were available when I checked at 550 am, but I could not book it until I right clicked and opened a new window.

Keep trying everyone! It took me about 20 minutes of the Dead tab syndrome but I finally got through!

(and just to make everyone smile a bit, i did this all in my hospital room while I am awaiting surgery on my knee today!)

I just got my reservation but I had to use my laptop and drag and drop my desired time into the top search/website bar, try that! I got scared it wasn't working!

Was able to book GG for 8:40 AM on 12/30 @ just after midnight EST today. Not DVC pr AP (yet)

Be glad it was not 5:30. NPH is wildly popular and folks queue in the package line early, so you woudl end up checking your watch more than enjoying your dinner.

Yes, we are arriving this day and I've contemplated adding another night on beforehand, but since we're leaving the kids with grandparents we were trying to make it a quick trip. We'll see what my husband thinks, and what kind of flight times/prices there are. (Although he also suggested we drive from PA for this quick trip so I'm not sure his point is valid! LOL!) How early do people queue up for him?

This is our first (and probably only) Christmas trip to Disney, so I’m very excited to get this booked! We’re booked for Christmas Eve 5:15 at Tutto Italia for the 8:15 show. I loved the movie Stand and Deliver, so glad we get Edward James Almos as our narrator!

Thank you for the advice to use the general dining tab. I was able to get a reservation - not ideal time but I’ll take what I can get! It assigned me the 5:00 show - am I able to change the time? TIA

Happy to say I was able to book NPH for his first night and first show with a Teppan Edo lunch res (5pm on 12/3)! Luck of the draw on times I think...I tried A&C for breakfast at 7:30am and could only get the 6:45 or 8:15 show (TBD narrator), so I didn’t book it. Hoping some dates open up for Garden Grill breakfast!

Good lord, Disney makes this so much harder than it should be! But after 45 min and 3 browsers, I got what I was looking for. I didn’t book it but noticed the Ale & Compass breakfast refers to a buffet. They don’t currently have a buffet so wonder if that is coming or a screw up on the site.
