Cool. Surprised they took it away (probably didn't sell well with only two rides originally)

They will (and should) have one of these in every park .. and probably slowly phase out the morning EMHs (if people are paying for this . why give it away for free?)

My guess is this one will be all Toy Story Land. "Unlimited" rides on TSMM would be awesome .. throw in a breakfast at ABC and maybe even a Buzz/Woody/Jessie M&G .. great Toy Story themed land and a way for people to pay to avoid the Tiering at DHS.

Surprised they haven't done a "Frozen" themed one at Epcot or a Pandora one at AK.

I mean .. a lot of us are willing to pay $30+ /person (after taking out the $30 or so for the all you can eat breakfast) .. for 3 fast passes on some of the high demand attractions at the park .. with the ability to ride them MULTIPLE times?

I know I am

If they have this for Star Wars land? Sign me up!

Just an small update I heard today, power was shut off at Epcot between 11am and 3am last night to connect power for Guardians coaster and Ratatouille ride!
Not sure why they would need power yet. Guardians is still just a skeleton of a building.

Maybe connecting things underground?

I'm wondering if they couldn't do the Frozen one just because there isn't really another ride or two nearby that would work. They do the dessert party with a ride on Frozen afterward so that covers that aspect. They very well could have done a Pandora one, the two rides + breakfast at the canteen but with that long preshow on flight of passage it may not amount to very many re-rides.

Yes, it did seem strange, but that info was from someone I know in Epcot ops. I believe the sites of both attractions now have power and are connected to the grid. Therefore when it is needed, the ride can just be 'plugged in' (I make it sound so simple. haha).

Martin says 2022 opening for Brazil if all goes to plan.
going to add to this...
there is two versions of this Pavilion - per Martin the latest plan was scaled down to remove the "E" attraction that was in one of the plans. However, it is still up for discussion and not locked that there will be no attraction.

I for one find it hard to believe they would do an attraction especially an "E" but we can all hope

I don't even know what idea within the Brazilian culture would lend itself to an E-Ticket attraction, but World Showcase could use it; while Frozen is incredibly popular I would still consider it a D-Ticket. I might be in the minority there.

I totally agree (for what is worth lol)

Guess it depends on the definition of "E-Ticket" ... in modern times it has become associated with big, thrilling attractions, but when Disneyland first opened, It's a Small World was considered an "E Ticket" just because it was popular.

Seems like nowadays anything new would be considered an E ticket via the old definition, but I agree that by modern terms, FAE isn't an E Ticket attraction as I view those as rides that can anchor an entire area or land, be a draw for more than just themselves. So Flight of Passage is, but not Na'vi, even though the later still gets pretty long waits

I think they need to keep adding attractions to World Showcase. If not a ride they should at least have an attraction. I don’t need another shop or restaurant. There are enough opportunities for me to spend my money in that park lol.

The problem is it'd be a beast to remove. Besides relocating the animals, that aquarium is as big as Spaceship Earth. It doesn't necessarily feel like it, but it is pretty large. I don't see them fully removing it. Completely overhauling the building to make it a better aquarium, probably. But completely getting rid of it, not so sure.

And they better not touch the land. It is like one of my current favorite areas of Epcot.

We enjoyed The Seas when my son was 15mos and we all still do with kids 11 & 13. Feeding and dolphin demos are nice, like just seeing the animals, and the snorkeling and scuba tours are AWESOME.

Anything around for ages might be able to do with some updates around the edges, but this isn’t broken. It’s nice to have something CALM and quiet out of the heat to mix in.

We like The Land for some of the same reasons. And Behind the Seeds is cool.

An attraction where the ride vehicles are Carnival floats which go right through the favelas? Sign me up.

For Brazil: I would like to see something similar to Carnival in the Sky that was at the Rio in Las Vegas. But, instead of dancers in the floats, you are in the floats suspended from the ceiling going through various festivals/sights in Brazil. On second thought, that might tread on Peter Pan flight dynamics.

I don't think Disney is too concerned about similar ride dynamics to other rides. Just look how many rides in the parks are essentially just variations of Dumbo.
