When I was emailing Pat at the Grand Floridian to get a birthday cake for my DD, my ideas were being shot down for various reasons. One of the reasons, FWIW, is they cannot do multiple individual princesses, but they can do ONE picture with all the princesses. In addition, Pat had initially started off asking me about basic flavors (chocolate or vanilla), and I immediately said I wanted a more custom cake - I found it much easier to email than to discuss it on the phone.
At any rate, I did not have a real theme going, I just wanted a cake, so I started with my basics - $75, with my DD's name and age somewhere. I stated that I wanted a chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling. I was open to icing versus fondant to cut costs. Pat was great and emailed me back suggestions for a Cinderella theme (we will be eating at 1900 Park Fare). I thought this might be helpful to others looking for ideas and to plan. These are all for a 6 inch cake.
For $75 we can make a 6-inch round cake with any color buttercream icing with mini white dots on the sides, topped with a big 2 in any color fondant and any Color bow around the base of the cake and 4 pink hearts on wires.
Or for $75 we can make a 6-inch round cake with any Color quilted fondant topped with a picture of the Cinderella Carriage, flowers, two each 3D pumpkins, 4 pink hearts on Wires.

I opted with a buttercreamed Cinderella Carriage cake with more decoration, and I can't wait to see how it turns out!
