My 16-year-old daughter is looking at the Ultimate Day of Thrills Tour, that I'm happy to accompany her on, though I won't be able to do most of the attractions (I'm ok with doing those few on another day.) Is there a companion/ non-riding ticket available, ie, so I'm just walking, transporting, and lunching with her?

No I have done this 2x and one time there was a mom that went on the tour she said she paid full price but only did 3 rides Everyone pays full price. The tour is very fun the CM are amazing
I booked my tour as a surprise Christmas gift for DD.
Dumb question. I have my reservation number, I saw where I paid for it on my Disney Chase but never received a confirmation email. Is that normal?
Also, how do you check into the park? Was wondering how long I can keep the charade of breakfast until we get to check-in.

I never got an Emai and I do not think they send them out.

on the day of your tour you will go to the MK a little before get there a little before 8m they will open main street up at 8 am ( some times they let tours and breakfast people in like 5 minutes before you will go to where the check in is on the terrise and check in with the CM there, I belive the tours starts at 9 am but you can check in close to 8. I know one year they had coffee juice and granla bars for use the other year I do not think they did this

what do you mean the charade of breakfast?? are you bring breakfast with you???

just saw they not do check in some where different

My DD has no idea I booked this. I told her I booked a breakfast at MK that day. Trying to figure out if I’m going to be able to keep that story going so she won’t know that she gets to be a VIP until we check in. Worried the cast member will give it away unintentionally when we go to get into the park at 8.

So they don’t provide snacks at check-in anymore?
I read on a review they got snacks/drinks at check-in and then were provided drinks etc between parks.
Is this no longer the case?

Not on the day I went they said something happened to the snack But I would not count the snack for breakfast

Are the rides set n stone or do they ever sub out? We’re considering tour, but unsure if we should splurge on a customized plan for a bit more. This surprise is most likely a one and done for us as its a gift for Christmas.

Also, approximately how many people are assigned to each tour?

the last time I did the tour one of the rides at the MK was down I think it was pairets and the CM asked us if we wanted to do buzz since it was down ( we were also ahead of schudel )

I have hard the max number for the tour is 40 but I have never seen or been of a tour with this many first tour was 11 and last one was 6 we had two. guides both times

for me I like this tour it his most of the want to do rides in one day you can not loop them and you could if you do the privet tour, unless you have 10 people this tour is much cheeper, the CM are very good and spendng time with each family and also telling the whole group little fun fact, I really enjoyed it and I am looking at doing it for the 3 time this april
