Well, IT just said that on their end it shows that I haven't customized bands at all, they don't know why I'm getting 7 dwarfs, they don't know how to fix it, they can't submit an order for me, and I should call shopdisney since I have a confirmation number from them. Also "upgraded bands are available again today but guests have been having a lot of trouble with them, but you can always try that." Well, actually, no, I can't because I keep getting 7 dwarfs, but thanks?
ETA: I should say that she was really nice about it as she told me she had no idea and there was nothing she could do, lol. I'm calling the 800 number you're on hold with now. She gave me a couple of other numbers to try but said that she just got them from the website, so...
I'm still getting 7 dwarfs. I've given up on it, but I can't imagine how frustrating it is for someone who NEEDS to get their MBs ordered. I'm lucky enough to have plenty at home already.
I would totally give up if it were just DH and me, but I want them for my kids. And the ones they wanted are in-store only on Shop Parks, so I know I'm not going to get anywhere with Shop Disney, but I'm going to try, I guess.

Yeah, I ordered them Tuesday and got a confirmation number, but they never shipped, and on Disney's normal GS end, they can't see the order but said over the weekend when I contacted them that they can't see the orders until ShopDisney marks them as shipped. I can't see anything at all because I get the 7 dwarfs error. So until ShopDisney processes my order from Tuesday, nothing can clear the error, nobody can tell me what, if anything, I'm going to get, and nobody can override it to ship me something else. I'm hoping ShopDisney can give me some information today.Sorry, I reread and thought you had ordered and got solid bands and were trying to call in to replace. I hope you can get through today and get them ordered. I know its been a mess. I think they are trying to readjust the whole process of ordering.

If you get through they will be able to send you ones for the kids, but per my experience only what they have in stock earmarked for this, and things are going fast. I was told they are restocking daily (take that with a grain of salt though) and that you can always call and they can check availability and order on the phone. Although I think they see the ones available that we are able to order online, I suspect it isn't different. If we get an error they won't be able to order either.Keep us posted. Unfortunately the sorcerer mickey is out of stock for this, she said they use a different stock than shopdisney and she couldn't get me one from there. The slinky dog one was out of stock as well (actually she said there were less than 20 left, so if she ordered it for me there was a good chance I wouldn't get it since that few goes in seconds and I wouldn't know immediately, so i chose not to gamble with it). I ended up getting my son the genie one. I would have rather gotten him one of his first choices, but this is better than him having plain green and the rest of us having special ones. She said I will see a refund of the $10 and a new charge, and I will get the Genie one in 3-5 days. She also said they are restocking daily or I could call to check availability if I wanted to try to get him the Sorcerer Mickey as his AP band. She said they have been fielding calls on this constantly since Friday.

Based on my call you will be able to get any band that they have in stock, but their stock is different from shopdisney. So you should be able to get something, hopfully something you at least kind of want since they are still $10 ! Stinks you were disconnected. I just let my cell phone sit beside me and play hold music, I'm always paranoid I'll do something or hit a button and end the call!

I just checked again and only see the 8 plain ones available to choose, the rest are all gone.
No, she had to check each band separately, so on my third choice we got a BINGO so i went with that one since we leave for our trip in 2 weeks and don't have a lot of time to wait for the 2 favorites to maybe come back in. I wish she could have just listed which ones she had available. Also, I suspect the numbers were dropping fast even as we talked.Did they list what they have?
I don't think anyone actually knows what is going on! The people who do know are keeping silent instead of releasing actual, correct info.Yep, someone on FB reported that a CM said they aren't back in stock and they are just working on the website/procedure for ordering.
So far people have been getting them as soon as they order, even if their trip is far away. I suspect that isn't the long term plan, since somewhere it says they will be shipped 10 days prior to the trip, but that's been the case so far. In the long run I assume they will make them to order closer to your trip?
Did they list what they have?
Thats a bummer! I know that before mine arrived, they weren't helpful at all. It was super annoying as I knew what was going to happen.
If you try a new browser, clear your cache or use incognito mode can you see your list of magic bands?
