I saw your message in the 2020 watch thread also...! You said this happened with the last release and you have tried multiple browsers on the same computer... have you tried using a private or incognito window? Can you try it on a mobile device by chance..?

Yes, tried all of those options. It's now after 6:00 PM EST so I guess I'll wait until tomorrow morning and try to book then. I've probably lost any advantage of booking today in terms of cost savings.

Maybe, maybe not... if you have to wait to call then the general public that can book online may well get ahead of you. On platinum day it looked like you could book by an hour earlier than the phones opened. That always drives me crazy since I am PST and not even awake to know what's going on.. 5am is early enough, thank you very much Disney.

I should be able to book online at 8:00 am EST?

Wish I had remembered this issue from last year. I could have called DCL to make sure everything was set in my profile. It's just weird! I log in under the castaway club page and it shows that I'm silver. I had issues this morning booking WDW ADR's. My second window opened this morning for my December trip. I would get all the way to the end of completing an ADR then the web page would reset.
