Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Attractions Planning

has anyone heard anything about when FP+ will be offered for Smugglers and/or RotR? I'm there 9/30-10/4 and won't bother trying for FP+ if it isn't offered (and yes I know RotR won't be open yet anyway).

How would you bother getting a fp if it isn't offered?
Anyways no, we don't know when it will be offered

We are going November 29-December 6. We visit every year so this trip is mostly for Galaxy's Email with a dash of Christmas festivies thrown in. How many days do you think I should plan to spend my mornings in DHS? Right now, I'm thinking 2 full days and 1 morning but not sure if that will be enough since I have no idea what to expect for crowd levels. Any input would be welcome since our ADR date is tomorrow AM so trying to plan :)

I saw one report that said they were gunners and thought they hit the "autopilot" and that made it so they didn't aim the guns, but they still had to push the button to fire the gun (not sure how accurate that is or if they misinterpretted what was happening)

I was the gunner yesterday and can confirm this is the case on autopilot. It is auto targeting only, you still need to push the buttons (when they light up) to fire. If you do not, it impacts the end result.

Some notes with the gunner position. You can hold the button down to keep firing instead of continually hitting it. Also, manual is super super hard compared to auto targeting.

YES. Rise of the Resistance is the ride I want on the most. Love the poster that was in the post. And AT-AT. My favorite star wars weapon

I am signed up for AP preview on the 17th from 9am - 1pm. Would it make the most sense to go right to MFSR or go back right before the next group comes in at 11am? I'm just trying to maximize my time at GE. Thanks!

Obviously we don't know exactly what the crowds will be like, but , I'm going on 9/5 with 2 buddies of mine. We're going for EMH so will be lining up around 5am to get in.

We're don't care about building a lightsaber or building droids (I'd actually love to do it, but can't spend the money on it at the moment). Do you think it'd be reasonable to think we'd be done with GE by 8? I'm hoping the Catinia will do some sort of reservation system so we can come back closer to 11. My hope is to then standby SSD and Rockin Roller coaster before FP for ToT at 915. The plan is to be done with HS before 12 so we can head to AK then finish at Epcot for F&W (we're doin just a 1 day trip).

Right now the Extra "Extra" Magic Hours only cover SWGE/HS thru November, with ROTR opening December 5th - do you think that the 6am EEMH's will be extended? We will be there the week of 12/14 and already planning to go for HS - EM Early Day (8am). Hoping for an earlier entrance time to avoid some crowds ⏰
