Is there any stock in the rumors running rampant on the AP FB page that if you didn’t receive an email, Disney is going to cancel your reservation? Seems pretty ludicrous to me considering it states first come, first served everywhere.

I’m not sure if you mean registration email or confirmation email. Either way, there is no way Disney would cancel. That would be a big fat PR nightmare. If you have an order number, you are ok.

Probably around then. Not quite sure. One problem with being in the first preview is we don’t know what to expect!
This is so true lol. We’re gonna drive from the dolphin and I think I’ll plan on leaving the hotel by 7:30. I’d rather be early. It’ll be kind of fun to watch everyone running by while we walk to GE lol (if that’s how it’ll work).

Not so. I have had my luggage experience a magical vacation in my room when my flight down got cancelled and I didn't make until the next day.

Going home, the process and send the bags through a separate service and they don't know if you are on ME or not

How did your luggage get from your home to the hotel if your flight got canceled?

Is there any way to have the AP confirmation show up in your plans in MDE?

Nope. As previously stated, it won’t show up in MDE. Pandora eventually showed up(I was curious so I looked around) and it looked like a regular fastpass for the ride but would say ‘Opening xxxxx’ so that might happen here as well, but later on.

No

Long time lurker, but coming out of hiding for this preview (LOL).

I've been here stalking the pages of this thread since it's inception and was only too excited when it all panned out and I got a slot for 9a-1p on the 17th! I've never been to a preview before but this looks amazing.

My family vacation ends the 16th but I think I'm going to send all them home and enjoy a couple days solo, probably at Coronado. I'm definitely up for a Moms meet up if one is organized.

I don’t think it will be an issue. Imagine they’ll let us into the park early and have us in a holding area on Grand Ave until 9. For logistics, they’ll probably try to get us as far away from the TSL rope droppers as possible. Doubt they’ll let us in to GE before our preview time (maybe 10 minutes or so) no matter what time the park opens.
I am thinking there will be a seperate line for the AP previews that start at 9am - kinda like they do the ADR line. Hopefully they'll walk us all back to GE and wait out there instead of waiting with the mass of crowds waiting by the Chinese theater area. I am also thinking we will have some sort of wristband to indicate what we are signed up for along with a time stamp on it. I'm still at a loss on what order to do things once we get into the land.

I added it as an activity. In "My Plan" select "Add More Plans" and then select "Note". I put the start time and listed my order number.
That is what I did. I wanted to make sure I have it noted it as many places as possible!

We were standby. Our flight went but we didn't get on it. We ended up stranded in another city for the night. I called WDW and tried to cancel the one night. They said they would have but since my luggage spent the night in the room, we had to pay. No hard feeling a, my luggage had a wonderful time

That’s what I’m thinking. For the Pandora previews, they gave out a single paper FP for FoP with a 15 minute window. During some previews they enforced the one ride only limit per person and during other they did not. You could ride the river ride as much as you wanted.

I imagine they’ll hand out similar reservation times (maybe with longer windows) for Oga’s and Savi’s. Unless they’re going to test an online reservation system for them, I doubt they’ll let us choose a time on our own for those. Hopefully, SR will be open access.

We have an 11am preview time.

I know they said they would release details on how to get your wrist band, but timing Wise what time would you think I would need to do this.

Trying to schedule some FP, breakfast reservations.

Pandora was a while ago, but I do not remember getting a paper fastpass and I was able to ride FOP as much as I wanted

Like I said, during some previews they enforced the one ride limit and during others they did not. I still have one of those paper FPs, so they did hand them out during some of the previews at least.
