Priceline Express Deals

Anyone ever tried booking hotrate for 2 rooms and getting a connecting room?
Looks like some all stars show up when I put 2 rooms for a total of 6 people.
I'm not sure I would have the guts to try it, but 2 rooms for $150 is intriguing

You can always ask Disney Wholesale to put that in as your room request after you've booked it - but there's no guarantee they'd be able to get connecting rooms any more than they can do it for direct reservations.

Oh yeah I agree with that. I was wondering if anyone had done it.

Do you all find that better bidding is pretty reliable with predicting matches? I can’t get HC to work on my chrome browser. I’m watching Sept 6-10. Currently booked at POR but there is so much availability across property, I’m hoping to snag a deal. Right now there’s a great rate at Dolphin, but still holding out for WDW property.

Yes, but take the extra time to post the details for the web master to personally research it for that extra warm and fuzzy

Yes - I booked 12 hotrate rooms for a cheer team at AKL and requested them to be connected or next to one another. Worked out great and had no issues!

If you want some info on the Waldorf, do you follow TheTimTracker on YouTube? If not go check out his page. They recently stayed at the Waldorf and did a full resort tour, room tour, and restaurant review of the place. It looked amazing and he said it was a hidden gem so to speak as not too many people really know it is a hotel where you can get FP 60 bookings, EMH, and the like. The video was 2 months ago, It's called Eating our way around the Waldorf Astoria.
Thank you. I watched his videos and want to stay here at least once if I can get a good rate.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to see if I am missing something. Have been looking on Hotwire and Priceline for e few weeks, at different dates, and have never found a hot rate or express deal for an on property hotel other than Swan and Dolphin. Am I doing something wrong? Are you finding Coronado and AoA in express deals or regular prices? Sorry if this has been asked before - just looking for some clarification! Thanks so much!

I just booked Coronado express rate this morning, one night 8/9-8/10 for $118. Not great, but better than Swan/Dolphin and Hilton/Wyndham properties by the time you add resort & parking fees.

Dates are generally only within the next 4-6 weeks, and not available every day. Touring Plans is very good about posting a calendar when they notice a new batch loaded.

What dates are you planning on going? That makes a big difference. How far out is the trip?

Good to know! Thanks so much. Going this weekend so I was just checking last minute availability. Also going in January. So that explains the time frame issues. I'll be sure to look for January closer to 4-6 weeks, and also will check out Touring Plans. Thanks again!

This weekend and also looking in January. Realizing now that I am probably not in the right time frame for Hotwire/priceline for either. Will be on the lookout closer to time for the January trip. Thanks for your help!

I have been watching this upcoming weekend for a few weeks now. Availability was strong for Wed-Sat, but nothing for Saturday night.

ETA: I also see a PL Express Deal that looks like one of the All Stars for this coming Fri-Sun for $88.

Looking on Hotwire for this Friday-Sunday, I do see two Hot Rate listings that I believe are likely to be WDW properties (my guess is Coronado for the 3.5 star and one of the All Stars for the 3 star). The pricing isn't that impressive though. :-)
