Darn, I have the wrong names on the reservations if it is only supposed to be the builders. I don’t see a modify option, just cancel. I hate having to call....Each builder is allowed one guest
They have not said if package delivery, either to the front of the park or resort, will be offeredDid anyone ever answer this? I’m also trying to find out if we can take it “LS” on the plane and cruise after we make it. Anyone know of where the answer might be? I heard you get a case for it, but what is it like? Is it packable?
Did a Chrome Dev Tools to check the source code, saw the browser was getting "pushs" frequently, looked like they were queueing requests. Waited and got a slot for Savi's at 6:30PM for Oct. 21. Mornings are gone, but there are slots in the afternoon and the evening for dates Oct. 21-Oct. 25. Hope this helps.
They also reworded that confusing reservation text about builders and their guests.
I manage to get a reservation (lightsaber workshop) for my 10 years old son, but I also have his 8 years sister with me. As it is 1 builder/1guest, can my son go in the building area on his own while I wait with his sister? ( is there an area where I can wait for him? )
Try for Olga’s today. A lot of reservations opened up. Good luckCouldn't get it to work for Savi's on the computer in Chrome or Safari....just the eternal Millennium Falcon. Finally got it to work on the phone, in Safari, not the app. Still no success with the cantina, though.
I have this problem as well. Was able to get Ogas but not Droid Depot. Guess I will just keep trying....any other tips, anyone? Thank you!!I've been trying for a Droid or Savi's reservation for the last 2 hours and can find plenty of times available, but when I get to Reserve, I get the dreaded "Something went wrong. Please try again."!! Any advice on this? I have tried every iPhone, iPad, Chrome (incognito and regular), FireFox, Safari (all in private or regular), on my WiFi, off..
I need some pixie dust. Anyone have ideas how to actually secure these reservations? My next hope is for 7AM to call, but I'm sure they will defer me to the website. Ugh. Thanks for advice!
I am feeling fortunate to have secured an Oga's reservation, so I'm really grateful for at least that.
I cancel my reservation. I understand why this rule is in place but it makes it difficult when you're travel as a single parent. No, I believe the website says that at least one person 14 years of age or older must either be the builder or accompany the builder. So you would have to accompany him.
The Limit wording on Savi/Droid experience can someone clarify. We have a 3 year old and a 5 year old. so we are a party of six total. My parents traveling with my niece and my husband and I with our 3 year old son. For the droid depot and savi I made reservations for 2 each. For each person that will be participating. My question is I know it says 1 guest. Do you really mean to tell me someone has to wait outside of our group? So for Savi I will be doing a lightsaber its myself and my husband and my 3 year old only one of us and a guest can go in and someone has to stay outside the building? I realize there are a limit to the amount of people the room to hold but to exclude people you are traveling with seems a little bit much. Or did I read it wrong? What is the experience in Disneyland like do they make people you are traveling with not come in the building? For the droid depot am I better off making 1 party reservations so parents and grandparents can assist the little kids??
as long or short as you want. I built mine under 20 min. with about 4 min of picking parts and about 7 minutes assembling and activating. It really depends how long it takes you to pick partsHow long does the Droid experience last? I have a 2:00 Oga's and trying to decide if we should book this (if the site can ever work for me) before Oga's or after. And how to fit in lunch.
the 3 year old does not count in the scenario. But they are very strict on limiting to one builder and one guest. So it could be you (the builder) and Husband with 3 year old going in.The Limit wording on Savi/Droid experience can someone clarify. I'm excited to hear that the extra person can stand closely by and still watch. That's great to know! Thanks for sharing this. The droid depot is also one builder and one guest but the family can stay outside of the fence and watch, it's very close so they will see people picking parts and assembling the droid
yeah, especially for the conveyor belt the family members can basically be at arms length. The assembly is done in the middle of the room, and although you won't be able to touch you builder you can see the whole processI'm excited to hear that the extra person can stand closely by and still watch.
