Priceline Express Deals

Just booked a PL express deal for the Swan on 8/24 for $103/night - about $163 after taxes and resort fee.

This is the first time I've booked there - can this reservation be linked on MDE? I've tried but nothing is coming up when I do. Have we discovered that this takes some time to process? I've booked deals through PL before and have always been able to link the reservation right away.

It depends on the hotel. When I booked a Disney property, it took about 3 days to get the number I needed for MDE. When I booked the Wyndham LBV, it took about 3 hours and they were able to pull up my reservation and give me the # for MDE. Hopefully someone who has booked the Swan can tell you but once you have the right confirmation # for MDE it's super easy.

Yes it takes time, Priceline has to have one of their providers enter the reservation for Marriott and then it needs to propagate to the Disney reservation system. It takes about 48 hrs to make it through excluding weekends / holidays.

If you call the Swan's in-house room reservations department, they can help you. Do not call Marriott, call the Swan.
(407) 934-3000 Ask for in-house reservations.

Question for the PL experts. Do Disney cruises ever show up on PL? Just got an email advertising some other cruises and it sparked my interest.

im just looking thru pages and pages and thought someone could tell me what the PL trick is or direct me to the page number .

I'm with you, 184 is a good deal, but not amazing... If Priceline hadn't sent me a 20% code (which brought the 203 that I was stuck at, down to 162) I'd still be waiting. Here's hoping that you either find an amazing rate or a really good coupon.

Good luck!

Hi Betty im trying to send you a PM but don't know how too , any advice?

Ok I was t aware . I just wanted to ask when your going to the parks because I have found a very good deal on tickets . Saving is more than 25% maybe you can PM me . I haven’t brought them yet

*cough* Batty *cough* Not sure my wife would like my taking on the nickname of Betty. :)

I'd be very careful buying 3rd party tickets... there are only a couple of authorized re-sellers and, as far as I know, none come anywhere near 25% off. We bought ours from Undercover-tourist.

Hi, all! First time posting on this board, but I've been trying to keep up with all of the great information posted here. I am looking for The Swan for November 1-4, and I am pretty confident this is it. I used Hotel Canary and The Swan was the only hotel that was listed. I've never booked a Priceline Express deal before, so I wanted an expert opinion before I book. Thanks in advance!

I have the same room in front of me now for dates in late September and it doesn't say anything about hotel shuttle or airport shuttle. And I read that Disney resorts on PL don't get released until less than a month out.

It's the Swan, I'm getting the hint I've booked here before.

It varies, sometimes it is several months out sometimes a couple of weeks. 1 month out or so is fairly common though.

Are you guys aware the swan and the dolphin are Marriott properties and can be had for a lot less then what people are paying using Marriott LNF . Sure it’s a bit of work but it’s that difficult and great savings can be had

So I’m going a google search because I’ve heard of LNF but I do love saving money! Would you mind sharing your experience, any tips, etc?
