***Official*** Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Information Thread *** Contains SPOILERS ***

I posted this in the merchandise thread but seemed some people there found it useful so thought I would include it here too

Today was my 180 day mark for my upcoming trip for mid-February (we check in on the 15th). So I went online to make dining reservations, with the Galaxy's Edge stuff first. The Cantina reservations worked as expected, just like any other dining ADR - could make it for my entire stay as staying on site, and the dates became "active" at 6am EST.

I also wanted to make an appointment at the Droid Depot so actually checked that a bit early, and, similar to dining, it was open to be made for my entire stay ... but unlike dining, it was open early - so I was done making the appointment by 5:50am, before the dining even opened. Not sure exactly what time it opens (maybe just at midnight?) but thought it might be useful for people that are interested to know this as I wasn't sure how it worked prior

Does anyone know if they will let 2 children accompany you into Savi's? The booking site says only one guest can come in with each builder, wondering if there is any wiggle room?

consensus seems to be that they will if there is one parent and multiple children, rather than make a child wait outside by themselves. Where there is another parent or guardian available, things might be different.

I would think just legally they would have to - like if it is one parent with 2 kids, aged 7 and 9, they can't just say "sorry, the 7 year old has to stay out by themselves."

Wait a minute...they have umbrellas in Galaxy Edge!? We're going to be in the World 1st week of Dec but if they are still there no way we will go to that Land! We'll just walk across to World Showcase and ride Frozen Ever After so we can get the real immersion thing going! :)

Taking a closer look at the pics of the umbrellas... I kinda expected worse. They certainly could have done better to keep with the theme of the land and it looks like a quick fix but it's not bad.

I was planning on going on the 30th, and am fine with waiting at 4 am or earlier, but I'm wondering now that I missed my ogas and savis reservations if I'll actually be able to get in anywhere, including the land? Any suggestions on how to mitigate the risk? Also wondering if anyone knows when the reservations became available.

Parking lot is set to open at midnight so if you want to be sure to get in I would arrive closer to midnight and not to 6am.
Reservations opened last week or late the well before. You can book 180 days in advance

They still let people into Savis and Ogas without reservations I'm assuming. Just with super long wait times?

Just got confirmation, First shift opening the ride is at 3am, they take about 2 hours o power up and want to be ready to go an hour to 45 min before the park officially opens

Thanks for this. It was just one of those things I was interested to know if it was true or not. Not that it mattered but the guy was giving out right info

It depends how many people show up for their reservation. So If there are no shows they'll have spots available but you never know
Hm. That sounds like it may not be worth waiting for 6 hours and pulling an all nighter during a 7 day vacation. I guess I'll alter my plans if I need after I hear about the crowds on the 29th. Thanks for the info.
