Priceline Express Deals

I'm new to Priceline Express and Hotwire. I'm going to WDW 11/23 - 11/29. When I search on Hotwire, I can see the number of reviews on some of the Hot Deals. Can I trust that to match it to the hotel? I would like the Hilton Bonnet Creek and there is a $78 deal for a 4 star hotel with 7,424 reviews and it charges a $45 resort fee, which I know matches. Thoughts? It's $50 a night better than anything I have seen and would love to take it if it is true!

That one is definitely Hilton Bonnet Creek. HBC always says “new to Hotwire” even though it’s been listed for months. When I searched your dates, it said it was guaranteed to be either HBC or Hilton Buena Vista Palace. Buena Vista Palace is actually in the Disney Springs area, so it literally cannot be that hotel. You’re safe booking for $78, just make sure you pick the right one, as Wyndham Grand looks like it’s also offered at $78 for a four-star opaque booking when I search Bonnet Creek, and I’d hate for you to click that one by accident. Enjoy your trip!

Awesome! We are booking 2 rooms so this will literally save us $600!

Yeah, nothing out that far. I threw in some random dates for September, and I see Universal opaque bookings. You're just too early for them to be in need of unloading their inventory for bargain prices.
Thank you. I’m just happy that they do opaque bookings at all. I will keep my eye our for them as we get closer.

Just as a side question to all of you looking for late Sept to early Oct: are you all going to see the final Illuminations?

If you can help?

When you book a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom villa on Priceline, you only are booking for two adults. How do you go about adding extra adults to the reservation? Does it cost any extra? Have you had any problems adding someone when you booked a villa?

So I finally booked today but didn't go through PL or HW. I soooo enjoy the hunt and was kind of disappointed not to find what I was looking for. A couple of WDW resorts did pop up this morning for a very short time but the price was literally a couple of dollars less than where you can see the hotel up front. On the down side I ended up spending double the amount that I wanted to but on the plus side...HUGE plus side...we are doing our first deluxe level stay. I was hoping to get a mod for around $125ish/night and ended up spending $230/night.

$230 for a deluxe is a great rate!

It is for sure......but add taxes and the exchange on the Canadian dollar, I'm at about $350/night which is too much for any hotel in my book. I did it because it's a chance to stay deluxe that I don't when I'll have again and also I'm having staffing issues at my business and just don't know when I'll be able to get away again. I've been doing double duty for about a year now and there is no end in sight. So...I decided to splurge! I think it's really gonna smart though when I get there....love it....and then don't want to go home so soon.

I'm curious what resort you got.... Congrats regardless!!!

I’m seeing a 3.5 star in Bonnet Creek for 118 a night, Sept. 8. Well decorated public area is part of the description. Any idea which hotel?

Edited: I finally installed Hotel Canary and it said either CBR, CS or FWC.
