So glad you guys stuck it out after the first few episodes of season 1 and enjoyed it!!! I love the musical chairs scene at the end of that season. So nice!!! I actually have season 5 on demand with my cable company. Maybe it's an option for you and it can help distract you while you wait for the CIP! :happytv:
I’m laughing about having a cable company lol. We only have Netflix and it’s my dad’s account. We haven’t paid for tv in years. I’m super excited for Disney+ though! Season 5 comes out on Netflix on October 10 so I can wait that long haha

Appreciate your input---we've never been to/through Vancouver yet.

I worry about less than 2 hours in general. It also makes a difference if you're flying in J or First since that has let us skip lines in busy airports. We went through Vancouver when we went to Alaska and I don't remember it being ridiculously huge. I will say that last week's 1hr 50min layover in CDG was not at all fun since we ended up spending most of the time there racing through what felt like miles and miles of airport hallways. :rolleyes1

I can't find my link to check a Barclay biz app status? Anyone have it handy and can post it? TIA!

Finally found good airfare for our DVC Hilton head trip next spring. $366 round trip and non stop on Delta into Charlotte, NC. 4 hour drive to Hilton Head. We usually fly into Atlanta or Myrtle beach and they’re all about the same drive. Prices had been close to $800+ and a ton of miles. Was able to use URs and was shown basic economy and regular economy (as well as comfort + and first). Prices appeared identical to the Delta site. Finally a true 1.5x redemption!
Ours went down to $361 (Delta DTW>MCO) but I had only entered 1 instead of 4, it went up to $461 when I entered the correct number of seats. It annoyed me so I just closed out without purchasing. I'm sure I will be kicking myself tomorrow but I'm too tired to deal with it tonight.

FYI - Buy $300+ Mastercard Gift Cards at Office Depot/Office Max, get a $10 instant discount. Expires 9/28/19.
https://frequentmiler.boardingarea....ave-10-when-buying-300-mastercard-gift-cards/
OD/OM sells fixed denomination MCGCs in $100 (with a $5.95 activation fee) and $200 (with a $6.95 activation fee). To maximize this deal, it’s best to buy 2x $200 MCGCs, paying with a CIC/Ink+ for 5x UR at office supply stores.

$206.95 x 2 = $413.90 - $10 = $403.90 (effective $3.90 fee) x 5x UR = 2019.5 UR

You won’t earn as many points buying $200 and $100 MCGCs, and multiple $100 MCGCs will increase your fees.

$105.95 + $206.95 = $312.90 - $10 = $302.90 (effective $2.90 fee) x 5x UR = 1,514.5 UR

$105.95 x 3 = $317.85 - $10 = $307.85. (effective $7.85 fee) x 5x UR = 1,539.25 UR

Pay with a credit card that earns a high bonus at office supply stores, like the Chase Ink Cash or Ink+ for 5x Ultimate Rewards Points, or a card on which you're working on the MSR. DO NOT purchase gift and prepaid cards at office supply stores with an Amex while working on that card's MSR.

Highly recommended to hit your local stores ASAP, or don't be surprised if they're picked clean within a few days. Limit 1 deal per household, but YMMV.

We leave early tomorrow morning for WDW and had a scare this morning :scared: I was going down the stairs and slipped and landed on my backside, it hurt pretty bad and must have made a loud thud. My DH came to check on me and I was telling him it hurt, then apparently I tried to get up and slipped again and hit the side of my head on the wall. I don't really remember that part, the next thing I remember was laying on my back and my DH was yelling at me. I'm fine now, although I've got a sore tailbone, forearm, head, and mark on my face where I hit my glasses. But, I should be fine and super excited for our trip tomorrow! Supposed to be hot but mostly dry. Can't wait! :yay:

PSA: there are 8-10 $200-250 Disney gift cards for sale on Raise right now, and the 15% cash back offer from TopCashBack is still active.
I put my name on 1 of the $250 gift cards. I had never used TopCashBack before... but for once instead of OVER-thinking something I got out of the recliner and made something happen! Signed up for it with a $15 sign-up bonus and then made the purchase for a $250 Disney Gift Card.

Raise processed it super fast (as usual) and I already added the GC to my Disney account and transferred it on to one of my other cards. Now just waiting on $37 from TCB. From what I hear, they are very good (I've only ever used eBates).

Thanks for mentioning this - glad I jumped on something for once!

Yes I do know about the Walmart event! I usually do the Target 20% off coupon, but the Walmart promo will work out much better for me. I'm actually hoping to avoid the Scenera because of its low height limit. Wanted to get a few more years out of the seat before DD3 got too tall! She's only 26 lbs but not that short- about 36.5 inches. Finding pants and shorts that fit her is a nightmare, lol.

Hopefully the Walmart deal will be a gift card I can use for anything. Then I can buy groceries with it and mentally "bank" the $30, and apply it toward a seat in a few months when we are flying next.

Did you go to Walmart to trade in your car seat? They ended it early yesterday! We procrastinated and missed out. :(

I just went to pay on my HELOC using Plastiq and they asked me to submit an invoice. This has never happened before for me. Is it new or random or did I do something that triggered extra attention? I’m wondering if I just submit my credit union statement if that would work. It’s got my other accounts on there too, so I hate to send more info than necessary.
Just send them whatever you have and you can blur/block other info. I sent them a screenshot of an email from our softball coach about dues. I paid last year with no issue, but this year it kicked back to me. They approved it immediately.

No real progress to note but I did get approved for the Hilton Biz using the 130K SUB and thank you to all- I love the option to get my number ahead of the card. Small credit limit but I can manage.

And, learning from past stressful moments, I'll be sending in payments to them in a VERY timely fashion!

ETA: Just sold another item on eBay! Woo hoo!

Missed the Disney GCs on Raise as mentioned above, but I did just register for topcashback so I'll be ready for next time. Thank you to whomever mentioned it!

Actually... will Amex dislike it if I buy through Raise with it as part of an MSR? (Maybe it's a good thing I missed it... I'd hate for my first purchase to be a "bad" one)
