10B isn't an oceanview just in case you did not know. While there are four "secret" 10As that are obstructed, I'm not seeing those available - you can always try calling and asking for them specifically if you wish. Here is the price for the other 10As - I am not seeing any 10Bs or 10Cs.

Usually that is why, though in the past there have also been some issues with pricing being wrong on some categories. If that is the case, it would be adjusted quickly though the prices would be honored. Again it is MUCH more likely the 10s are just getting booked or held.
