Figured I'd start this so people can track deals/post purchases

I just repurchased the All Digital Photo Packages for my Jan Indy cruise and Aug Symphony cruise. Indy cost $120 CDN for 5 nights which was $100 less than what I'd originally booked at, while Symphony was $160CDN for 7 nights, about 50% off.

Drink and dining packages are discounted as well. Pricing varies by ship/sail date, but worth a look if you are thinking about either!

Zero deals for us. Everything was at the exact same price as last week-end (Excursions, Wifi, Dining)... They say there's a deal but it's not true.

Repurchased Beach Bungalow in Labadee for Symphony in August. Original price $351.12CAD, new price $244.71CAD.

CocoCay is still insanely priced, so that's still a pass for me.

My Alaska excursions were down 10%, and soda package was down to $6/day. So the pricing was improved.

We saved a whopping $1 per day on our Voom Surf & Stream! Not sure what we are going to do with all the money that we saved.

The pricing for our excursions and drink package were the same or higher than what we had already booked. Doing a B2B on FOS in March.

A Rock and Roll Hall of Famer* once said "Ten bucks is ten bucks".

It really isn't much, but when you're budgeting for things like trips you take what you can get.

Surf and stream internet is down to $9.50 per day (if you buy the 2 device package), which is the cheapest I have ever seen on any of our RCL cruises. I have now cancelled and rebooked Voom for the third time this cruise, but got a fantastic price. It is an 11 day cruise and with our $200 OBC, it is costing us $9 total!

I found a few discounts. I got the refreshment package for $19 pp/pd versus $28 for our 12-night Baltic cruise next summer. I have to check the other prices for excursions. I also got 2 VOOM packages (4 devices and 2 devices)--again, I have to go back and check my prices. There are 6 of us going, so saving $9/day X 6 X 12=$648 savings on the refreshment package alone..

My cruise didn't really discounted much at all. I don't consider $51 much of a discount for the drink package, when we paid $47 for the drink package on our cruise last March, 2019. I'm thinking we're going to be skipping the drink package on our upcoming March, 2020 cruise. I thought we would get a good deal during the Black Friday sale, but I was wrong.

Okay, I went back and checked prices I'd written down for a selection of excursions for our cruise. There are slight discounts--emphasis on slight. The Skagen, Denmark bike tour went from $110 pp to $104. The 2-day tour of St. Petersburg went from $419 pp to $398. The only one that I MIGHT buy now is Stockholm, Sweden Vasa Museum, Old Town, Ice Bar, which went from $105 pp to $78 pp.

The rest, the savings are so minor, it's not worth it. Our trip is next July, we haven't decided on which tours in which countries (except the Swedish Ice Bar--they have one in Helsinki, too, but the kids want to kayak in Helsinki instead). So, the minimal savings isn't worth the angst of picking the wrong tour.

Yeah after the snafu earlier this year I wasn't expecting much out of their drink discounts.

Are there any 3rd party excursions you can sign up for? Maybe even through Viator?

There might be--it's so far out, I haven't really looked into it. We may go that route, specifically for St. Petersburg, so we can see exactly what we want to see. This trip is a big deal, we're trying to be "thoughtfully cheap" if that makes sense--skip the fancy dining and drinks packages, splurge on the excursions.

Makes perfect sense - you've got a budget and you know where you want to focus the bulk of it towards.

July isn't that far out. I'd definitely take a look and see what's available.

Ok, saved a little after all. The "Coco Beach Club" passes for the trip I'm supposed to do with my friends at the end of 2020 were 53$ CAD instead of 76$ CAD.

I booked.

Just noticed that the Balloon ride on CoCo Cay on our 2nd day is at $49 CAD. Don't think I've ever it that cheap. Would consider booking but we already have the 2-day park pass so don't need that too.

Other than that, the soda package is cheap at 8.50 CAD, refreshment ok at $22 CAD and DDP dropped to $59 CAD for our cruise next month, but we already grabbed it at that very same price on labor day weekend sale.

The Deluxe Beverage Voom special was exactly the same price as it has been for the past two weeks.

After some discussion, I went ahead and booked the Stockholm Vasa Museum/Ice Bar tour. It's the only discounted tour that we're all in agreement on right now.

I watched black friday sales specifically for the Deluxe Beverage Voom specials the past two years. Nothing appeared to be better during this weekend. The prices finally dropped about 3-4 weeks from sailing. They seem to stick with the BOGO 50% for DB. and 30% for the combo DB+Voom for most of the year. They occasionally throw in a 30% off DB and 35% off the combo about a month before sailing. That's the best I've seen at least for March on the Indy.
