I have 3 DDs, 14, 12, 11. They are not adventurous eaters and do not eat much. We are NOT on the Dining Plan for our January trip.
Can you tell me where you have had a recent experience where your "kid" was NOT ALLOWED to order off the kids menu? I am only asking for regular table service restaurants, NOT QS or Buffets.
Places I am interested in eating are: Sanaa, Skipper Canteen, any Disney Springs restaurant, Beaches & Cream, 50's Prime Time Cafe
Thanks!

The only ones who ever denied by kids over 9 ordering off the kids menu were - The Plaza, Via Napoli and Tutto Italia.

We have not had an issue.. but then again i do a lot of mobile ordering, we also did BOG at lunch

From what I read on here, adults can order of the kids meal with the exception of a few places. I sure hope this is the case, as although my 13 and 10 year old eat as adults.....I'm not spending $70 on steaks for them at Le Cellier.

I think you'll be fine especially at Skipper Canteen and Sanaa. They've both gone above and beyond on anything we've asked for and have always been extremely friendly.

They might charge you an adult price for an adult portion of a kids selection. Just be prepared.

My 12 year old was able to order off the kids menu at Via Napoli last year.

No where. Anyone can order off of a kids menu. Been there, done it. Do it. Always will. Even as an adult at times.
Buffets not included.

Glad to hear we will probably be okay ordering from the kids menu on this next trip!
Excited to try some new places for us!
Thank you all for responses!

I know both my mom and I (32 at the time for me... more for my mom) ordered off the kids menu at 50s. I know we were told we wouldn't get the "included" drink. At the time the pot pie was on the kid's menu and was delicious - I'm not seeing it on the menu I just looked at though

Just ate at primetime tonight and pot pie was on the adult menu.

We were there for lunch (a while ago now) and my mom and I were going to split the adult's version as neither of us would finish that portion but ended up ordering it individually off the kid's menu instead. Too bad they seem to have removed it from the kid's menu it was a nice option.
