Congrats on not being sold separately! ~ a 20th anniversary trip report. New TR link 12/21

What a fun dinner! I've never been to HDDR, but it sounds like it's great entertainment. Happy to hear the food was tasty, too!

It really was a great night! When Landon and Evie are a little older, it would be an awesome family night out!

Making our last day better with breakfast at Garden Grill!

We sadly said goodbye to our beautiful room and brought our luggage down to store with bell services. How did 10 days go by so quickly?? Heading off to the bus stop, we were happy to see an Epcot bus roll up and ran over to grab it. Luckily security lines were light and we made it through easily. As our reservation wasn't until 9:40, we had time to hop on Living with the Land. Soon we were walking up to the entrance of Garden Grill and were seated a lovely four top on the upper level. I love the way they arrange the plates!

We decided to just go for coffee and our waitress was quick to bring over our cinnamon roll and fruit. This was perfect and we pretty much demolished every bite!

Our main was up next and I think I could have eaten my body weight in soft, pillowy potato barrels....so good!

We had a ball with the characters....

It was a perfect way to spend our last morning! After breakfast, we headed over to the Seas pavilion to visit the manatees. We hit up the Nemo ride and popped into Turtle Talk with Crush. It was a gorgeous day so we decided to take one last walk around World Showcase before heading out. We couldn't resist one more photopass pic.....

See ya' real soon, Disney! It was a blast!

I love the Garden Grill breakfast, the tater tots are just perfect as in the cinnamon roll!
What a nice last day
Disney trip’s go by so fast!

HDDR and then drinks at TL sounds like the perfect night to me!
Very nice last night and also a nice departure day, I enjoy getting to be in a park on departure day even just for a bit :goodvibes
Hoop Dee Doo looks like so much fun!! We might have to give this a try on a future trip!
You've never done this??? How did I not know? You definitely should it's lots of fun!

Nope! It’s one of those things we just haven’t gotten around to doing.

OOP vs dining plan costs for the second part of the trip

Main Street Bakery: $7.86
Territory Lounge: $77.75
California Grill Brunch at the Top: $183.18
Geyser Point: $42.60
Neighbourhood Bakery: $6.17
Garden View Lounge afternoon tea: $103.31
La Cava de Tequila: $30.36
(Lunch was covered with the KKTK tour on Tuesday)
Creature Comforts: $18.40
Nomad Lounge: $49.53
Hoop Dee Doo Revue: $154.00
Territory Lounge: $21.57
Garden Grill: $72.85
Total OOP: $767.58

*Note ~ I did not include our extravagant V&A dinner as it is not eligible for DDP.

DDP costs: $754.90 (10 TS/10 QS/20 snacks) We would have used 6 snack credits, 0 QS credits and 10 TS credits, leaving 10 QS credits and 14 snack credits behind. Even though the costs are very close with us having spent $12.68 over the DDP costs, OOP is a clear winner yet again. We love the flexibility of eating where we want, really enjoy the ambiance of the lounges and prefer TS over QS any day.

Back soon with my trip wrap up post!

It really was perfect......can't wait to be back again in five days!
Nope! It’s one of those things we just haven’t gotten around to doing.
You will love it when you go!

How did 10 days go by so quickly??
OMG. Isn't that the truth? For every day leading up to a trip to Disney, you have to wait a week. Then when you're there... for every day you're at Disney, it goes by in 10 minutes.
Luckily security lines were light and we made it through easily.
No bags, I presume. :)
Soon we were walking up to the entrance of Garden Grill
Some place I've never been. I'm intrigued by it... but I'm not a big character fan and the price is a bit steep for me.

Aren't they just calming to look at??

Fingers crossed on getting that DVC contract!

Thanks for sharing another awesome TR!
I'll keep my fingers crossed that everything falls into place for the WL DVC!!!!

Oh wow, I hope your points go through! From what I've seen Boulder Ridge is gorgeous, and I bet it would be a great place to own points at.

Thanks for sharing the OOP versus DDP breakdown. I'm always interested to see how the prices compare after a trip. Looks like you definitely made the right choice paying OOP. You would've left with a lot of wasted QS credits, otherwise.

I really love the lounges too for a more low key, relaxed atmosphere and they are not DDP eligible. Another great reason to pay OOP. :)
