Ladies, if you had to spend $50 on yourself

How would you spend it? I got a $50 gift card from my employer as a holiday bonus but I always end up spending it on others ....not this year, haha

I can always find a clothing item or earrings I need.

Right now, crockpot express accessories and a couple of books are on my wish list.

I'd go get a 4 star prix fixe lunch at a high end restaurant - that should just about cover the cost (with added tip out of my pocket). If I wasn't doing food, I'd buy myself a ticket to a touring show (that should cover the 2nd tier seats:)).

If I wasn't doing that, and wanted to buy something to unwrap that I'd never buy myself, I'd get some high end finishing salts - I've been dying to try them in my dairy-free barks (to really perk them up b/c I love the sweet/salt combo) and to finish steaks...but then I look at the prices:)...

Last year I got myself a pair of wireless earbuds with an unexpected gc gifted to me. I think they were around $40 on amazon. I love stichfix and it is pricey so I might use it there. Or maybe a mani/pedi....

And that's exactly what you should spend it on! I'd put it toward an Amazon Prime membership. But that's me.

Put it toward a massage, or see what Groupon has for the $50. Or a meal out. I haven't been to a restaurant since April. Well, not a table service restaurant.

If we're going to Disney I use my employers GC to purchase TIW. If we're not, then I use it to by underwear.

Once in a while I would take it to the grocery store and buy some flowers to put in a small vase in my kitchen. They wouldn't have to be a big bouquet, the little grab and go $5 bunches would be just fine and that $50 would last several months. I spend so much time in the kitchen that it would be nice to glance over at some pretty flowers in the midst of the daily mail, the kids lunchbox and the 1000 other things that end up on my counter and table that don't belong there :)

When this happens to me I tend to get something that smells good--a roller ball perfume, Mrs. Meyers cleaning products or a car scent; something that makes me smile to look at--something decorative and sort of frivolous; and something that tastes good.
