I am hoping someone could be a little more detailed about the new menu (or maybe someone has a link to one). Is the cheese fondue still part of the menu? I really enjoyed that. Thanks.

Cheese fondue is no longer on menu. The savory items were deli sandwich, pimento cheese puff, potato chips and guacamole. The desserts were Caroline’s, coconut macaroon, almond cookie, cheesecake in a pastry horn, pudding push-up pop, chocolate cupcakes. There was nitro chocolate mousse, vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and toppings. There was also a station with warm fruit but I never looked at it so there could be more at that station. There also might be different items if held outside or inside, I don’t know

Was surprised to see March open for booking. Expected it to be later.
Grabbed it for my Birthday night, but may cancel for Space 220 if it opens. :)

I caved and booked it for Jan 3 but I think it’s odd that they are even offering it that night. It’s EMH pm at Epcot that night and I don’t think they usually offer it during EMH pm...I’m hoping it doesn’t get cancelled.

Is this an improvement or a downgrade? The price is not cheap for 2 people and I haven't done it yet based on recent back and fourth opinions on this thread. Is the seating worth it if we love the show? Were there 3d glasses before?

Not to repeat myself from two posts up :-), but has anyone actually done this dessert party on an EMH evening night? I am trying to decide which party to keep out of this one and HEA and if this one is likely to be cancelled on me I won’t stress about deciding so much. I just can’t see how they could do the ride portion of the party with evening EMH but that’s our Epcot night so I was excited to try it with the new show. Also, any other accounts of the new food? I really enjoyed the healthy raw veggies this party used to offer and the lack of them is a real bummer to me.

It complicates how they do the ride portion but they can and have done it in the past. As in a previous time that it happened, it's probably a case of the Park Events Ops. (PEO) group not being aware that Epcot scheduled a different EMH night. When it did happen, PEO found out too late and had to go ahead with the party. It worked out ok. If it remains on the calendar, it's a go.

My family and I did this last night in the pouring rain. The forecast said it would be clear in the evening. I guess Disney believed it. 15 minutes after the party started, they gave out free ponchos, though we were already drenched by then . I was really glad they had the party outside so we could relax, though at least one guest was upset over the decision to keep it outside. As for the show, my family felt the fireworks show was a little underwhelming, but we loved the kites and "sparkle" glasses... new experiences.

Thank you for posting the updated menus!!!

I just booked this yesterday for March 16th, our DDs 13th Birthday. We've done dessert parties at MK and at DL in the past and have always enjoyed them. A bit on the pricey side for what you get but still fun.

I went the night after you and our party was moved indoors. I was bummed. They said they took a chance the previous night and it rained so they didn’t want to take a chance the next night. Of course it was a beautiful afternoon/evening/night!

So, I am considering booking this for our trip in February. But oh my gosh. $396 US for a family of 4! (2 adults and 2 girls ages 10 and 12). Is it really worth that price for desserts, a ride, and to view Epcot Forever?!

Coming from Canada and the exchange rate makes it even less affordable.

I think it depends on where you place the value. My family would never eat/drink enough to cover the cost of the dessert party. However, I do place a high value on
1. Having an assigned table that is just ours( no stress over finding a table or worry over someone taking our table if we leave for food/drink/bathroom/etc)
2. Personalized attention from staff.
3. View( relaxing, not too many people in one space, great view of show)
4. Guided path to FEA ( no having to push against the masses/ get lost in the crowds getting to the attraction/ no wait to get on ride)

Am I reading these posts correctly? The menu for the party changed in early December and they still haven’t updated it online? At the Disney website, I see the menu I’m familiar with which includes the cheese fondue
