Rise of the Resistance BOARDING GROUPS Superthread Part 2 *No Ride Spoilers Please* *PLEASE READ POSTS 1-3*

I do believe that if we see consistent 100+ days, they may actually extend the backup boarding group maximum. Would be interesting to see if the do a 2nd backup group release midday after the traditional 2pm Jawa ambush.

I would be surprised if they push the regular groups higher unless they start lasting 30sec instead of the ~1minute mark.

Looking at the numbers for DHS, before we opened they had quite a few days that made today look mediocre, but even they have never had 7 consecutive days where they called 120 or more groups.

Without counting New Year's for obvious reasons, They have called as many as 181 groups in a 16 hour operation day (6am-10pm).
BAM!!! 167
WHAAAA???

Yesterday's data supports the "A-team" hypothesis. As DHS performance has grown stronger over the past three days, ours is degrading...
This makes the elusive "A-Team" sound something like the Ark of the Covenant. Maybe we should hire Indy to go get the "A-Team" back for us and to keep them on our coast!
(Although today's performance would indicate that "B-Team" is movin' on up! Way to go, B guys!)

The force is with me. Group 16!!!

IPhone X. T-Mobile. Main Street train platform.
Congratulations! A "combination for greatness," indeed! I hope you got to reward yourself with coffee! :)

We got group 24 while riding Alice this morning...
Inside or outside of the ride building?
Add this to our list of BGs nailed while riding rides: Space, Dumbo, PP, and now Alice!

Disney is not advertising the reality very well unfortunately. If you are not a super planner, how would you know? Although the website outlines the virtual queue process, nothing on the website informs guests that regular groups are gone within 1 minute of park opening.
On the sort of bright side, not that many people actually read the website -- so they're not missing what isn't advertised there. It seems that many, many people aren't doing anything more than just showing up to ride ROTR -- the idea of looking into this to "Find Out More" just isn't occurring to them.

What? Indy broke down?

That ride has been around for 25 years and it is still breaking down almost every day? Let's all just agree that Indy is a disaster, the ride is an utter failure, and Disney blew it big time with this ride...

25 years of experience does not lie...

:duck:
Now where have I heard something like this before??? Hmmmm...

For those with DCA early entry, what time are you leaving your early entry to pop over to DL to scan in there? Do you have time to get back to DCA and finish your early entry or do you feel it sort of gets wasted heading back over to DL?

I wouldn’t join the DL turnstile line after 7:25am for an 8am opening or 8:15am for a 9am opening. The uncertainty of the DL turnstile wait diminishes DCA early entry IMHO.

Looks like our group will have a decision to make then. Give up magic morning for a potential ROTR BG. Hmm... why have they not added DCA as a usable entrance for getting a BG yet?

As a point of curiosity, what time did you finally get BG 123? And if you are on Android, did you install the app update that came out on the 24th?
Android here too, I see the update came out on the 24th, is this version 5.9? I'm assuming mine updated but cannot tell and Play store gives no notification that it was downloaded...hmm...
