OK. In a nutshell we have our vacation booked for May 3-9. POR, 6 day passes, Dining plan with all dining revs made and all fast passes done. I do not have a clue how to reach Disney to modify these plans. I have one final payment due on the 3rd of April and I don't want to lose my reservations by not paying it. I would like to just keep my trip but move it to November. But again, cant reach Disney. I also saw here that they are offering special packages to people who's trips have been cancelled due to COVID 19. I need help guys. I don't know what the best thing for me to do here is. I just know I have myself and three others that want our Disney fix but want to be safe too...

You can call them. There may be a wait but the phone lines are open.

Yes, keep trying. The 'indefinite closure' just came out a few days ago and everyone in April and May is scrambling to rebook. I'd also log in online - some reservations are rebookable online.

Just got off the phone!! All rebooked with free dining to boot!! I’m so excited! We have the exact same trip booked but saved a bunch! Thank you Disney!! 🥰

Keep trying. I can't imagine what operating restrictions will be in place when you re-book.

Nice job! I'm now worried that my trip later this year is going to be busier than usual, with everyone who had a trip over these three or four months booking for later times.

So they are honoring free dining if your dates get cancelled even if you book a date with no FD promo?

There is no chance whatsoever that WDW will be open on June 1. Indeed, it will be barely functioning on July 1. Use your common sense- lines will need to be 6 ft apart and the rides are not built for such social spacing. Restaurants will be inoperable .

Yes. They announced a few days ago. They are calling it something besides free dining but states "This offer is valid only for Guests who booked a vacation package or room reservation to stay at a Disney Resort hotel from March 16 through May 31, 2020 and if you stay June 1 through September 30, 2020 when you book through May 31, 2020." You will receive free dining with the level dependent on your hotel category.

I did think about that but I also know MANY have cancelled vacations too. So hopefully it will even itself out.

Exactly, our stay is through Oct 4 but they extended the dining for us. Saved me a huge chunk of money. We were originally booked for May 3-10. Our hotel is moderate but I had purchased the upgraded dining plan which they also honored because it was Included in my original booking. Gotta love Disney 🥰

We cancelled our trip for May 2nd-9th. My best friend and I were going for the Dapper Day weekend, and I was extremely excited to celebrate the very first May the Fourth (be with you) on Batuu, but obviously that's not happening now. 😔

We were staying at 3 different resorts because we are trying to stay at every hotel, so re-booking the exact trip would probably be a nightmare. I don't even think my friend wants to plan on going this year at all. We have celebrated her birthday there every year since 2013, so it'll be weird without that October trip. But we'll see how this all plays out. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We have a trip booked for June 18th and have the feeling it just isn't going to happen. Our final payment is due May 10th and just have no idea when we would be able to go again so if we cancel won't be rebooking until probably some time next year. This was a trip to celebrate our daughter's 8th grade graduation, I guess I want to still hold out hope that we can go but in the back of my mind know we won't. Even if Disney does open back up we wouldn't want to go if there were limitations to what is open, would rather wait and plan a trip for next year when hopefully things are back to normal.

i called last night, had a 6 min wait and the cast member was very helpful with our reservation. Just call 1-407-939-7702 and they will be happy to help
