Have you read Erin Bromage's blog post about risk of getting infected? He's an asst professor in biology at UMass Dartmouth, and after reading his thoughts and the Vox article he cites about running/biking, I feel a bit better about being outdoors without a mask (although I still bring one with me to put on if I need to and definitely keep my distance from other people).ETA - are you seeing people here with masks? I'm not. We wear cloth ones when we go out walking and I think I've only seen 2-3 people doing the same.
TLDR summary - you need a minimum infective dose and by being outside where the virus particles disperse and get diluted in the air, your chances of getting that dose are relatively small as long as you keep your distance. Once outdoors the virus eventually gets disabled.
In my area, almost everyone is wearing masks in a store. Outdoors is hit or miss, so keeping my distance is first and foremost.
