Disney Store Mask Sizes

Has anyone seen these for sale at Disney’s Stores in the malls? My store opens today and wondering if I should make the drive over to check them out.

Someone posted that they did see the masks in their mall Disney Store, so at least some, if not all, of the mall locations have them. Maybe you could call first, just to check?

So did they change the measurements listed for S, M, and L to reflect the actual (wrong) sizes of the masks they are currently shipping, or are they redoing all the masks with the "right" measurements, or what? I can't remember what the old measurements listed back in April were and I don't feel like going to measure the masks I was sent. If all they did is keep all the other masks as is and just added an extra large that still doesn't address the ear loop issues such as the red Minnie ones especially being comically short, or the small masks mostly only able to fit very young children who shouldn't even be wearing masks in the first place.

The mediums we got varied all over the place in size, but none fit anyone but the 3 year old.
The large were also varied but I can wear them. The men can't. Ordered the new extra large, so hope they work

I ordered Medium but have to give them all away to people that have kids because they certainly do not fit anyone in my all adult family. I was so disappointed when I got them! I went to Etsy and ordered some instead.

I received the mediums I ordered today. Crazy small. Going to have to give them away to someone with very small children.

We've received small and medium sized masks. The small won't fit any of the preschoolers and the mediums are too large. The mediums should fit me according to measurements but the loops bend my ears over. Waiting for large to arrive this week before deciding what to do with a lot of masks that don't fit. The kids are disappointed.

ShopDisney added another size to their masks - extra large. It's available for each of the six designs, and it's the same cost for a set of four masks ($19.99). The available date of the extra large sizes is currently showing 8/26, so you can expect to receive them in early to mid September.

Stretch them until you hear threads pop. That will do it. They stretch out quite a bit.

I cut off the ear loops and made new ones with elastic.

I tried that on mine and now one of them has the thread on the ear loops unravelling (guess I stretched too much). But I'll use the loosest stitch on the machine when I re-sew them and hopefully that will help.

I was about to post something simliar. I tried to stretch the ear loops on one of mine and the stitching broke and the whole mask is literally falling apart.

I tried that on mine and now one of them has the thread on the ear loops unravelling (guess I stretched too much). But I'll use the loosest stitch on the machine when I re-sew them and hopefully that will help.

Oh, that's just great... they are now offering XL because they know they have a problem, but did they contact anyone with a current order to see if the sizes need adjusting? No! These stupid things are going to end up costing me over $200, since I ordered 3 sets and I will have to pay duty and taxes on them, in addition to the $40 shipping. What a mistake, but almost no one was offering them when I placed the order back in April.

If you live near a Disney store, they are selling the masks in store.

Stopped by my store and they haven’t received their shipment of masks yet.

I sent an email to ShopDisney to express my frustrations/disappointment in the sizing of the small masks and how they didn't fit my 3 year old. 5-7 days later, they responded to me and issued me a $25 credit/e-gift card. I had already reordered in a medium so I'll use the credit for something else. From a facebook group, I was able to trade my small masks for medium with a nice woman in Iowa who couldn't use her mediums with her son who has a trach. The mediums fit both my 3 year old and 8 year old.

We also ordered large ones. Like others have said, we also found that the red minnie mask was the smallest. The rest fit both myself and my mom well.

My order hasn’t shipped yet, so I am considering cancelling it with all the issues people are having. The ones people picked up in Disney Springs seem to be ok? Are they improving them as time goes on or are the youtubers just being nice?
