I just gotta say... This is insane! I am all for getting up at 5am (central) to do adrs and all the other stuff that goes with a Disney trip, but this may just put me over the edge. Why must they make it so hard?!

Yes! I’m so frustrated I’m on the verge of tears, lol. Also, I’m extra emotional because my kids are currently getting ready to fly for the first time and go on their first ever vacation without me...with their dad who has never taken them anywhere on his own before. I’m a bundle of nerves, so if I could just get this to work for me, that would be wonderful!

On a side note: we rented points for a preferred studio at SSR and were “pixie dusted” with a preferred, newly renovated 2 bedroom villa!

This has been the case since this ride opened. It's not technically efficient yet so they have to use a vq to not have people in the standby queue for hours without knowing if they'll ride or not

You don't need to use the "Join" button on the Home screen. You can use the "More" screen, just push the icon on the lower right of the Home screen with 3 horizontal lines. There should be a "Virtual Queues" button (buttons on this screen tend to move around) next screen. Just push it and it will take you the the "My Queues" screen.

You should have a very wide Join Virtual Queue button to press. Try it and it will take you to a list of Attractions and on that screen it will list the of the Boarding Group distributions. Right now it will show that 1 PM distributions are complete.

Now just push the back button on the top left a blue " < ". Let us know if you can see it, if not then you don't have the latest version of MDE.

Thank you. I don’t even have a “virtual queue” option showing up. And now the app is just a black screen when I try to open it. I closed it and am attempting to reinstall in, but it’s not downloading at the moment

They are by the director statue on Hollywood Blvd, End of Sunset Blvd, entrance to SWGE by Baseline Taphouse and entrance to TSLand

if you're having problems with the app, be next to a Guest Experience Team CM (blue umbrellas) and at the time of booking they can help you right away, just make sure you are one of the first in their queue.
They are by the director statue on Hollywood Blvd, End of Sunset Blvd, entrance to SWGE by Baseline Taphouse and entrance to TSLand

I just spoke with one of those. She told me to just use my husband’s app and not to try to compete with him. At this point my phone will not download the app so there’s not much anyone can do. Crossing my fingers it works this time for him!

When you pull down on the screen to refresh in the App, make sure you pull all the way down. If I don’t pull it all the way down on my phone, it won’t refresh. When I practise at home, I found refreshing easier.

If you are using the "pull down" method to refresh to get the Checking groups, you just need to put your finger right over the "It looks like you have not joined a virtual queue yet" message and pull down about 1/3 of the screen. It will refresh and you may catch the "Checking groups" refresh message displayed right under the 'My Queues" header.

Anyone else practice at 4? I felt like it lasted almost 1 minute again-? Definitely longer than last 2 days when I practiced.
Curious to see what real BG are like this afternoon.

We got it, but got group 91 and one of our group members who is attached to our reservation was, for some reason, not available as an option to get a pass for. Do they ever even get through 91 groups?

4pm slot- BGs lasted 3min 30 seconds. I opened it fresh and went through the steps twelve different times with whole shut downs each time before it did not show up anymore.

It took almost 3 minutes before I did not get the Blue "Join" button. May be a record for the week.

I practiced grabbing a BG and it seemed to work for me for about 3 minutes. I did the process about 5 or 6 times before I got the "reached capacity" notification.

Seriously?! No I quit after 3 tries assuming that was it. Crazy!

OK that should be an easy fix to add the member of your group that got missed. The Disney Guest Experience Teams (GET) (blue umbrellas and shirts) can make this fix.

This has been happening since Wednesday, dropping or missing some valid members that should have been added. Just to confirm: was this person in the park or entered the park today?

Go and check what bg number they're on now at one of the tip boards
