I also found an offer on my Platinum card (Vanilla)--spend $100 get $100 at Dell. Expires 1/31/2021.
Yeah I also had Spend $100 get $100 at Dell....I love free stuff. Grabbed a Switch game and a Xbox Gift Card.
Yeah,I went to my Aldi last week and the cart thing was the same (old style) of switching at the register...... whyyyyyy. I did buy a large bottle of sanitizer there tho and use it liberally after unlading groceries into my car..... anyone else now do it like me? I categorize as I'm bagging (I do it out at car) by items I need today in the house and perishables vs. items that are for the pantry....and I leave the pantry items in trunk for an extra day till I get around to bringing them in..... I figure a few days in a hot car trunk is good for disinfecting also. I tend to do Walmart curbside pickup weekly now,it's sooooo convenient! I only hit Aldi for a couple of specific items I like there. And it's rare lately.Well, funny you should mention this. My cart was cleaned by me at the cart cleaning station. Wiped it down and went about my shopping.
I have to say that the people in my community for the most part are observant of all the rules of mask wearing and social distancing. I've been proud and impressed.
Anyway, store was not busy but people were great. When I got to checkout I didn't even know there was a new procedure so I was surprised when I was directed to put my cart in front for the cashier to put my stuff in it. So, yes, my Aldi is following the safety rule. I haven't been in the other 2 Aldi's close to me - 1 that is about 2 miles away and the other near my Costco. If I stop at them I'll pay more attention. This is only my second Aldi's visit since March.
They did have some 65% alcohol hand sanitizer for $3.49. I bought some for each car so that when I come out of a store I can use it before getting into my car. I sit it on the driver's seat so it gets used before I get in.
I was going to jump on this morning to possibly grab an Xbox gift card, but fine print says not eligible on gift cards. Do you think Xbox gift cards will work? Makes me hesitant.Yeah I also had Spend $100 get $100 at Dell....I love free stuff. Grabbed a Switch game and a Xbox Gift Card.
I can't recall an Amex offer not working on gift cards even though that's generally in the fine print. I'll wait to hear what others say because I'd like to get a gift card. They don't have NBA 2k 21 for pre-order or the switch game dd wants (Mario Paper Origami?).I was going to jump on this morning to possibly grab an Xbox gift card, but fine print says not eligible on gift cards. So in June my YouTube TV charge hit my Amex Platinum 6/24 and the $20 credit hit 6/27. The July charge hit 7/24 and no credit. And they show up differently on my statement. The June charge shows "GOOGLE*YOUTUBE TV GOOGLE PAYMENT" and the July one shows "GOOGLE *YOUTUBE TV ." Why are these things never easy?
Limit 5. I've already made one $1000 deposit in my secondary checking account. Will do another today.Staples has no fee VGC’s again this week.
Yep. They credited it for me. But it's just weird how the charge shows up differently every time.My AT&T took 2 weeks the first time, the 2nd I had to have it manually credited at 4 weeks. This oast one credited the day after. Nothing about these things make sense.

So bummed, not on any of mine. Will keep my eyes open though. Xbox GC is a perfect Christmas gift.Yeah I also had Spend $100 get $100 at Dell....I love free stuff. Grabbed a Switch game and a Xbox Gift Card.
I had Aldi show up as different charges on my chase card. Same Aldi every time, sometimes triggered the 5x, sometimes didn't. All through Instacart. SMd Chase and Rep first tried to argue that they go by what the code is. It literally stated in the T&C that Instacart was included. Did eventually get the points.Yep. They credited it for me. Thanks. She was salutatorian of her class and it was an automatic scholarship because of that. And she didn’t want to go there, either, but I made her visit anyhow, since it would have been a financial option. Her verdict after the visit: “Well, I guess it isn’t TERRIBLE.” Lol. She went to a much smaller school in PA.
Good luck to your daughter. I hope she ends up in the perfect place for her. We visited UVA, btw, and she liked it, but I don’t think it would have been in the cards for her had she applied. Being a state school, they don’t give much aid to out of staters. You’re so lucky to have so many great state schools on VA. She liked William and Mary, too.
I bought a bottle of sanitizer the day I went to Aldi too, and I was so glad I had it when I was given someone else's cart at checkout. I contacted Aldi about the cart transfer issue and they supposedly forwarded my concern to the appropriate people. Someone also left me a voicemail and email asking me to contact them to discuss it further. I'm not sure what there is to discuss. I was just alerting them to the situation. They shouldn't publicly announce that safety protocols are in place when they're not being followed.Yeah,I went to my Aldi last week and the cart thing was the same (old style) of switching at the register...... whyyyyyy. New Amex offer--$10 off $50 at samsclub online or curbside pickup.
I got a $10 off of $50, $10 of of $40 pickup, the Starbucks and a buy a movie get one 50% off. I haven't been to Target in forever but will try to use both $10 off for dorm purchases. Between having a son (totally different experience than the girls and their dorm shopping) and everything that is going on we have bought ZERO dorm supplies.
