Annual Passholder Magnets, Gripe

I wish there was more consistency with these magnets. I didn't receive one, but a friend who lives in the same city with the same tier of AP received one.
 
I am in Sarasota, FL. Gold AP for several years. No Tinkerbell magnet has arrived. I did get MBs for a hotel reservation end of August so I know they have my correct address.

I was at Epcot August 30th & a CM told me they had just started being mailed that week so I had hope. Now I am not so sure.

What about the F&W passholder magnet? I thought I saw something? Do we have to make a reservation at Epcot just to get the magnet or will they be handing them out other places?
 


Same here 4 Platinum Plus AP’s here who cancelled due to Covid. We couldn’t imagine walking around the parks with masks on in 90 degree plus heat.
No magnets received.

Haven't heard of this. We've been to Epcot twice since end of Aug and haven't noticed a magnet. I think just the process of having them out would be prohibitive. I did get my AP magic band the 3rd week of Aug. They definitely have my address--which hasn't changed in nearly 40 yrs.[corrected to HASN'T changed]

They don’t have any as of last week.

You have to pay for the passholder magnets they have at Epcot now is my understanding so I am out. Not paying for a magnet. :(

6 AP holders in my house (all of which I pay for...) and no magnets to date. Bad enough we have to share one, but sharing none is even worse.

Wow you got an actual response. I sent an email twice asking for help about it & to verify my address. They told me to just call in mid-October. I am not happy.
 
I called the Passholder Desk number last week they sent me in an email. Disney had my address from IL from over 7 years ago which I never even was a Passholder with that address in addition to my current FL address so what a mess. CM was super nice, straightened my account out & made a note to send me a magnet. She straight up said no idea time wise when that could happen. I just hope they haven't run out by now. Maybe one day some Disney magic will appear in my mailbox.

Gives me some hope. I emailed maybe a couple of weeks ago and got a very similar response. Hoping mine will eventually come.

Edit: I decided just for fun, since the AP above received theirs from UPS, to check my UPS MyChoice account. Lo and behold, I have a shipment from Walt Disney Travel Company now showing, due tomorrow. Yipee!
 
jealous. I never emailed, but last time I chatted, they kept telling me to keep waiting. Never followed up
 
Have there been any other AP magnets since Tinkerbell which we did not receive. Have been AP passholders for many years. Other than 2 we received in person at EPCOT last Jan and March No magnets in the mail
Tinkerbell magnet is nice!
