You can put three toppings on your Hotdog, what are they

Never, ever three toppings - two at most. Just ketchup and green relish or sometimes (rarely) chili and ketchup. I've also been known to eat them plain without condiments at all. Better nothing that too much stuff.

Ketchup, brown mustard, and sauerkraut. Back when the Oakland A's had "Dollar Days", there were huge lines at the condiment counter and they had that, plus onions and relish.

Costco is kind of weird right now. They're the largest seller of prepared hot dogs in the US, but right now the only condiments they have are ketchup and mustard in cups. I'd usually do ketchup, brown mustard, relish, and then ask for sauerkraut in a cup. Back when I had a Sam's Club membership, they had single serve sauerkraut in these single serve packages.

Ideally the sauerkraut should be warm.

MMMM. I've been craving a "Boston Terrier." A BACON wrapped hot dog in a bun topped with BAKED BEANS and CARAMELIZED ONIONS. I actually make them at home sometimes, but I'm trying to get rid of the Covid 19 right now so they aren't on my diet plan. Darn it! As far as a standard dog, ketchup only! I also like chili, cheese, and onions.
