Note: When I add your details, I will like your post rather than comment in order to keep the thread cleaner, but please let me know if I have inadvertently missed you after a few days of posting.

May 6-8 @ VGC

Usually we aim for Memorial Day weekend in years when we have passes but this year Memorial Day was blocked out for Believe Keys, so we decided it would be a great way to spend Mother's Day.

What's been your experience for Memorial Day? We are looking at coming May 28th-June 4th Only doing 4 park days and can't decide if we should start Sunday AK, pool day Monday Memorial day(skipping park) etc or go for it and DO a park day on Memorial Monday based on crowds. (and if so what park on memorial day)

Its usually pretty busy that weekend at DLR, we park hop daily. It sounds like you might be going to the parks in Florida? I've never been there in May, only Dec/June/Nov.

May 1-5.
How does the Star Wars Nites affect park hours? Not interested in purchasing extra cost tickets, but will be there those dates. Just wondering when they will boot us out of the park.

The events start at 9pm and they will start roping off parts of the park in advance of that to non-ticket/wristband holders. I'm not sure exact timing but imagine by 9 all non-holders will be ushered out. Ticket holders can enter starting at 6pm

We are going May 10-15th! I am so excited! We are staying at the Four Points. My son hasn't been since he was 1.5, he is 5 now and he is SO READY. He's gunning for the Matterhorn but is currently refusing Haunted Mansion...we'll see how that goes. Haha.

May 19-21 Staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Anaheim Orange County

And now I'm concerned that we will miss WOC on May 21 (wife's birthday and reason for the trip).

Question for Grad Night veterans...how early will they close and do they limit it to one park or both???

We'll be in the parks Monday May 1st to Thursday May 4th. My husband and I are taking Grandson #3 for his first trip!

These first trips with each grand 2-on-1 is always pretty fun! Our daughter had 3 kids in 4 years, so the oldest doesn't remember a time before his first brother, and 2nd never had an only-child time, and was just a toddler when #3 came around. So solo time with just Grandpa and Grandma is pretty exciting! Add to that several other firsts-- first time at the airport, first flight, first taxi, first trip to Disneyland-- it's an extra-special time!

So far, our plan is to stay at DI&S, but still looking at a few others. DI&S is generally our cheap "go-to" place, but considering spending a little more for something different.

We aren't doing SWAD (not sure Kiddo will be up to it, and that's a serious chunk of change for a maybe!).

My mom does the same with my kids but international trips (they are a bit older). It is such a gift. Enjoy!
