this is what i was wearing...technically the sweater is based on the Chicago Blackhawks sweaters but Dopey Colors.Maybe @Z-Knight. His Dopey jersey is a hockey jersey with Anaheim ducks like colors.

TOLD YOU!This is the best RunDisney 10K course I have ever run.
You stated my exact complaints with the weekend so far. I've enjoyed the courses and had 2 great runs. But too few PhotoPass overall. Not one Marvel character out in Avengers Campus? And zero PhotoPass at the castle?? Really hoping for improvements tomorrow but not expecting any.TOLD YOU!
I do wish they had more photopass with characters, and at the castle. Really hoping for SW and Avengers, and just a lot more volume of characters overall tomorrow.
Sounds like fun! Did you start in corral A for the Marathon Weekend 10K?This is the best RunDisney 10K course I have ever run. I started in corral A and it was such a different experience compared to the 10K at MW. Very little congestion, barely any walkers crowded at the start line and very short character lines. I was surprised my legs were moving as fast as they were considering I just ran Dopey I stopped for 5 characters, pic of castle, pic of Clarabelle on a balcony, the ducktales sign and to tie my shoe
The gray derpy one outside GE? No clue either.I'm at 4 and just saw a random weird duck I have no idea what it's from!
I was cheering in the middle of Disney Way and Harbor this morning and saw the balloon ladies start and finish. I didn't note the exact finish time but it was about when I expected them to, based on their start time. There was only one balloon at the end, though (but still two people). Maybe the other one popped? So interesting thing. I was with my friend in the last corral to encourage her along. She did fantastic! But while we were well ahead of pace (and told so by the appropriate people) all of a sudden we were told we were "30 seconds behind" without having changed pace and a few people passed us booking it fast while telling the rest of us "they let the balloon ladies cut the course".
Not sure if true because I did not personally witness it, but we know it wouldn't be the first time Disney has cut a course short because the corral releases did not line up with when they had to shut down the course by.
I'm a little nervous for my friend tomorrow. She wants me to go ahead to my corral (D) and not drop back with her. But I want to make sure she finishes. Told her I'd carry her across if I had to . She also doesn't see in the dark super well and I was helping identify certain troublesome spots for her in areas with less light. We'll see. I also don't want to stress her and I know she thinks she's holding me back.

Correct. If it's like previous DL races they may have some local groups (red hat ladies), high school bands, etc. I know there's a DVC cheering section near the stadium and generally good crowd support. There won’t be characters outside the parks right?
