So I Have only cruised DCL but in Looking for some new destinations originally i had booked Harmony Of The Seas For The Labor Day Sale and got $176 OBC and a GREAT deal!!! although a non-refundable $500 deposit. After hearing the announcement of the new Symphony offerings i decided to switch. There was a $100 pp transfer fee ,no problem and i got to keep my OBC. My invoice said my balance due was $2190.60, however, upon looking at the reservation today it now says i owe 3,433.60 and i no longer have my OBC, of course the nonrefundable deposit still takes effect, is the common practice for RC? we have only sailed disney and have NEVER had this problem. We would like to give another line a chance but this is already leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

We're booked on Symphony too (but have to wait until 2019). So excited!

I would give them a call. If you have an invoice after the transfer them you should be good and it could just be a system issue. But better to get it straightened out.
