Yes, Regular Tips are included in this cruise. That is, the stateroom attendant, waiter, assistant waiter and head waiter will automatically get the normal tips. You can add on if you feel the service warrants more.
There will be tips added to bar service, spa and if there are other things that have tips added.

The package we were looking at was not connected to Disney at all, They would pick us up, spend the night in a hotel, transfer to ship, transfer back to hotel after cruise
